Study On The Interpersonal Relationship Of Female College Students' Dormitory In Social Work

Dormitory interpersonal relationship is an important manifestation of the mental health and interpersonal relationship of college students.It is an important criterion for measuring the mental health and interpersonal skills of female college students.Dormitory interpersonal relationship is not only directly related to the social interpersonal development of female college students,but also has a profound impact on the educational problems of female college students in the future family.At present,the number of female college students in many colleges and universities has occupied half of the proportion of college students.With the continuous development of the new era,many new situations and new problems have emerged in the interpersonal relationship of female college students.This paper starts with the theory of interpersonal relationship in female college students' dormitory,and takes the female college students of Wuhan X University as the research object and intervenes with the work of social work group.Questionnaires,interviews and literature methods were used to investigate the interpersonal relationships of female college students.First of all,after learning from the relevant research foundations of the predecessors,it discusses the characteristics of female college students,the basic situation of X colleges and universities,and the status of the main dormitory of female college students in X colleges.The author believes that building a harmonious relationship between female college students and dormitory is not only beneficial to female college students themselves,but also conducive to promoting a harmonious campus harmonious society.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and interview analysis of X college female college students,it is found that the mainstream of the interpersonal relationship of female college students in X University is in a harmonious state,but a large proportion of female college students have problems in the interpersonal relationship of the dormitory,such as the phenomenon of small groups,cold Violence phenomena,conflicts of bad habits,etc.Combined with the results of the survey,the author analyzes the causes of the problem from three aspects,and analyzes the factorsof personal factors,family factors and school factors.Finally,according to the interpersonal problems and analysis reasons of the female college students' dormitory reflected by the X college survey,the author also put forward suggestions for improvement.First of all,starting from the individual,female college students should strengthen self-awareness,develop good habits,and establish a correct concept of interpersonal communication.From the family,parents should pay attention to family education guidance,and give a child-to-woman treatment demonstration through a good family atmosphere.The physical and mental development of children;From the school,the school should play the role of educating people,actively guide,optimize the external conditions of the school,conduct targeted consultations,and promote the healthy growth of female college students.
