Interpersonal conflict is a social phenomenon,it is inevitable in any organization,"The12th Five-Year" education and career development planning of Liaoning Province,besides to adjust the secondary vocational schools.The adjustment of secondary vocational schools will make the size of the schools expand,and it can also increase the number of the students,so the management of interpersonal conflict will become more prominent.The study adopted questionnaire,I selected the Secondary Vocational of Liaoning Normal University and other schools.Using the self-compiled questionnaires "The Current Situation Ablout The Conflicts of The Students of Secondary Vocational School",and it inquired on five demotions which conflicted on students with their schoolmates,teachers,educational administrators,school welfare officers and school surrounding area people.The research has distributed1000questionnaires in all,which contained740valid questionnaires.Besides,the study adopted interviews for students,teachers and educational administrators, to analysis the causes of the conflict.Through the investigation and analysis, get the conclusions as follows:l.The problem of Vocational students’ interpersonal conflict is Prominent, but the vocational students interpersonal is harmony in overal.2.The conflict between students of vocational students in the various conflicts is most, followed by conflict with teachers.3.Difference gender has a obvious difference on the conflicts between students and their teachers,educational admirfistrators,school welfare officers and school surrounding area people. And the conflicts of boys are generally higher than girls. However,on the conflict between student and schoolmates, gender has not been affected.4.Different grades show a significant difference in conflict between students and school welfare officers. Second-year students have more conflicts than first-year students.5.The difference between whether the class leader and home location has not significantly affect the conflicts.Based on all the findings above,author from society,schools,families and students analyzing the causes and proposed the educational management of interpersonal conflict of secondary vocational school students.
