The Investigation And Measures Of Graduate Students’Dormitory Interpersonal Conflict Situation

In this study,274postgraduates as research object. Main methods are literature method, questionnaire method and interview method. Through the interpersonal conflict of graduate student dormitory questionnaire, I analyzed current situation of graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflict and its main source. Through the interpersonal conflict resolution styles of graduate student dormitory questionnaire, I analyzed the graduate students how to response to the dormitory interpersonal conflict when it happens. Moreover, to explore the internal relations between dormitory interpersonal conflict treatment and dormitory interpersonal conflict degree. Research mainly obtains the following conclusions:1. The graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflict scores in the general level.Most of the students’conflict scores are belong to the mild and moderate level, but there are still13.5%of the students are intense conflicts who can not be ignored. Meanwhile, different lifestyle is the main part accounted for the dormitory interpersonal conflict. The male graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflicts are more obvious than the female; The only child of graduate students dormitory interpersonal conflicts are slightly higher than the non-only child; Along with the grade increasing, the sense of graduate interpersonal conflict are increased. Compare to other major students, study of art major graduate students have a strong sense of dormitory interpersonal conflicts; The small and medium-sized city students dormitory interpersonal conflict is obvious.2. The most commonly used method to handling dormitory interpersonal conflict by graduate students is cooperation solution, followed by accommodation and compromise and avoidance mode, and opposing mode is the least used. Male graduate students used to handling interpersonal conflict explicit, while the girls were accustomed to using implicit handling interpersonal conflict. The one-child postgraduates like the sidestepping way to deal with the conflicts, non-only child with more tolerance. Science and engineering graduate students seems more rational, like to cooperate to solve the dormitory interpersonal conflict.3. There truly have close relation between the handling of graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflict and graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflict degree. The accommodation and compromise, avoidance and opposing mode, the three styles of handling conflict, will lead to the graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflict aggravation.The graduate student dormitory interpersonal conflict and different characteristics, and from the perspective of improving postgraduate EQ quality to find the way to solve the problem.
