Aesthetic education is an integral part of comprehensive development education,which covers natural beauty,social beauty,artistic beauty and so on.The General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Implementation Plan for Accelerating The Modernization of Education(2018-2022)and China's Education Modernization 2035,proposing that aesthetic education should be regarded as an important way and means to comprehensively fulfill the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talents.Aesthetic education in junior high school the application of "morality and the rule of law"course teaching pays attention to the subjectivity of the educated,personality and real needs,is helpful to enrich the teaching forms,improve the teaching effect,achieve the teaching purpose of this course,both accord with the requirement of the party and the national education policy and policy,and conforms to the modern education the characteristics of the "people-oriented",It is conducive to promoting the teaching reform of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school under the background of the new era.Based on this,literature research method,questionnaire survey method and empirical research method are adopted in the research,and marxist theory of "all-round development of human",Maslow's "hierarchy of needs" theory and "the fundamental policy of education in the new era" are taken as the basis of the research.On the basis of questionnaire survey,the aesthetic education in middle school "morality and the rule of law" course teaching,analyzing the present situation and problems of the application results show that in recent years,demand for aesthetic education,teachers in junior high school students' morality and the rule of law "course teaching in the use of aesthetic education overall level of consciousness and the use of improved,but there are still some problems,To some extent,these problems affect the application of aesthetic education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle schools.To solve these problems,teachers should follow the principle of individuation,communication and experience,enhance the aesthetic education in middle school"morality and the rule of law" course teaching,the application tries to integrate the factors of beauty education process and the formation of morality development process,in order to students accept education in pleasure,inside collect,promote quality state in the education of beauty,To achieve the value goal of moral education and all-round development of students.
