Since September 2016,Morality and the Rule of Law,compiled by the Ministry of Education,it has replaced the original Ideology and Moral Character and been used nationwide.In the new era,the aesthetic education function of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school is paid more attention to.To give full play to the aesthetic education function of this course is to sow the seeds of beauty in life,health,study,society and country into the students' hearts,make them to be the creators of the future.It is of great value to explore the aesthetic education function of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,not only to promote the aesthetic quality of junior middle school students,but also to explore the teaching practice of politics in junior middle school in the new era.The function of Aesthetic Education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school is embodied in many aspects,such as increasing wisdom with beauty,promoting virtue with beauty,creating beauty with beauty,and satisfying feelings with beauty,on the basis of Marxist classical writers' aesthetic education thought,Maslow's aesthetic education thought and Zhu Guangqian's aesthetic education thought,etc.It can provide theoretical support for giving full play to the aesthetic education function of morality and rule of law teaching in junior middle school.Through the combination of student questionnaire and teacher interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the function of aesthetic education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,to a certain extent,it has affected the exertion of the aesthetic education function of this course,including: the relevant subjects generally agree with the aesthetic education function of this course,but their cognition is not enough,the value of the new edition of the textbook itself in meeting the aesthetic needs of junior middle school students is neglected,The integration of the characteristic "beauty" has not changed the single form of the teaching aesthetic feeling of the course,The examination-based curriculum evaluation mechanism weakens the aesthetic education function of teaching,etc.,The reason for these problems is:on the teaching goal,the orientation of the importance of the aesthetic education function of the course teaching is inaccurate,in the process of preparing lessons for teaching,the aesthetic value of the teaching materials themselves is not found effectively,the integration of characteristic elements of school-based esthetic education is not high in the teaching system,in the teaching examination to the course teaching esthetic education function appraisal target vacancy and so on.In view of the existing problems,we must take a series of concrete countermeasures to strengthen the teaching aesthetic education function of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school: One is to enhance teachers' awareness of the importance of aesthetic education in the curriculum,To encourage teachers to engage in lifelong learning in aesthetic education,Strengthen the practice of relying on the teaching of the course to give full play to the function of aesthetic education,In this way,we can strengthen teachers' aesthetic education theory accomplishment and practice training;Second is to promote the spiritual resonance of the beauty of the teaching language of the curriculum by expressing the beauty in words,the silent demonstration of shaping the teaching image of the course by conveying beauty in form,to increase the spiritual infection of the course teaching spirit beauty by imparting the beauty of God,Based on the subject accomplishment,the demonstration effect of aesthetic education should be strengthened;Third,we should pay attention to the exploration of the aesthetic value of the teaching material itself,To improve the integration content of school-based characteristic "beauty",to integrate aesthetic education resources,enrich the aesthetic education curriculum teaching materials;Fourth,build a poetic classroom to enhance the aesthetic experience of teaching,give full play to the aesthetic catalysis of teaching blackboard writing,the use of VR technology to increase students' aesthetic experience in the classroom,so as to increase the teaching characteristics of the course and enhance the aesthetic perception of the teaching model;Fifth,we should establish the scientific evaluation principle,choose the correct evaluation method and implement the effective evaluation guarantee,so as to stress the aesthetic evaluation of course assessment and strengthen the aesthetic guidance of teachers teaching.Only through these effective countermeasures can the aesthetic education function of morality and rule of law be brought into full play in junior middle school,so that the course teaching can enter a higher aesthetic realm.
