The young generation is the hope of the country and the nation,and bears a huge mission on its shoulders.It is particularly important to ensure the physical and mental health of young people.In recent years,with the country's emphasis on food safety,the food safety situation has continued to improve,but consumers' awareness of food safety is still insufficient.As a large group of consumers,teenagers have low self-control and are easy to choose foods with irritating but unhealthy tastes,causing irreversible damage to them.Biology belongs to the basic disciplines in the natural sciences and is closely related to food safety.High school is a critical period for the physical development of teenagers.Therefore,this study chose to infiltrate food safety education in high school Biology teaching,which can not only effectively improve students' food safety awareness,ensure students' physical and mental development,but also strengthen the connection between biology and students' actual life and social development.This study also implemented the requirements of the General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 edition,2020 revision)and had a profound impact on students' lives.The methods used in this study include literature research method,survey research method,interview method,educational experiment method and case analysis method.In view of the lack of a systematic and sound system of food safety education in our country,this research direction of this research was determined on the basis of reading a large number of literatures,this research also understood the current situation of food safety education at home and abroad.Questionnaires were distributed to investigate the current situation of food safety among students,and it was found that the awareness rate of students' food safety knowledge was insufficient,their food safety attitudes were not correct enough,and they did not develop correct food safety behaviors,which further demonstrated the necessity of infiltrating food safety education.According to the research direction of this research,interviews were conducted with front-line Biology teachers.The results of the interviews showed that:(1)some teachers have paid attention to and understood food safety education;(2)teachers agreed to infiltrate food safety in biology teaching;(3)Some teachers have tried to infiltrate food safety education,but the effect is not good;(4)Teachers suggest to fully explore biology textbooks and closely follow the actual life of students to improve the effect of infiltration teaching.Based on the above,this study sorted out the content that can permeate food education in the 2019 edition of ordinary high school Biology textbooks,and proposed to infiltrate food safety education into Biology teaching through situational creation strategies,STS education strategies,inquiry learning strategies and cooperative learning strategies,and designed teaching fragments and complete teaching cases to permeate food safety education based on the above teaching strategies.On this basis,a semester of educational practice was carried out in the school where the author practiced.This study randomly selected two parallel classes of the first grade as the research objects.Class A was the experimental class,which infiltrated food safety education in biology teaching,and class B was the control class,which carried out traditional teaching.Questionnaires were distributed before and after the practice,and the collected pre-test and post-test data were processed and analyzed by SPSS software,and the following practical results were obtained,which infiltrated food safety education in biology teaching:(1)can significantly improve students' knowledge of food safety rate,correct students' attitude towards food safety,and help students form correct food safety behavior;(2)will not affect students' biological performance,and can improve students' biological performance to a certain extent.Based on the above research results,this study put forward the following suggestions on how to infiltrate food safety education in Biology teaching:(1)Infiltrating food safety education should be closely related to the content of Biology teaching and students' actual life;(2)Infiltrate moderately in Biology class and extend out of the class;(3)Multi-disciplinary coordination,the trinity of home,school and community;(4)There is no fixed method for teaching,and teaching is taught in accordance with the students' aptitude.
