As the future of the country,the healthy growth of the youth leads the development of the entire society and the country.High school is important period of physical development and adolescent intellectual of the youth.It is also a golden period for youth to establish good food safety literacy,awareness of prevention,and scientific lifestyle.However,the current status of food safety in our country is worrying,especially for students in high school.Not only do they lack knowledge about food safety,but they are also less mature than adults in terms of general knowledge.Therefore,It becomes more and more important to take food safety education for high school students.To understand and explore the penetration of food safety education in high school biology classroom teaching in ethnic minority areas,the author conducted a food safety survey on all students of the 6 senior science classes in the first semester of the 2017-2018.The survey found that most students have not yet properly analyzed and dealt with food safety problems;however,most students have realized the importance of food safety knowledge in daily life and hold relevant lectures in schools and related content in the curriculum.Positive attitudes;various bad habits in students' daily lives are seriously jeopardizing the students' own health and safety.In view of the above situation,the author tried to conduct a semester-long penetration study of food safety education in high school biology class teaching,combined with the knowledge content of high school biology textbooks and food safety education,to provide an effective and feasible case for the discipline to penetrate food safety knowledge..In addition,in order to infiltrate food safety education in high school biology classroom teaching,the author concludes through reflection that whenteachers infiltrate food safety education,they grasp the extent of infiltration,and at the same time increase knowledge reserves and try to diversify the biology curriculum teaching model.In the process of infiltration,it is necessary to gradually accumulate experience and refine the essence so that society,schools,teachers,students,and parents can actively participate in activities to promote food safety education and jointly promote the healthy development of students. |
