Food safety issues have been a hot issue of public concern,the problem is also closely linked with human life.Chemical factors are critical factors for food safety,high school chemistry textbook contains a large number of food safety educational materials,and food safety awareness by students of high school chemistry teaching schools,teachers bounden duty,but also the sustainable development of the new curriculum reform attention to students a necessary requirement.Through literature,survey analysis and case studies on the case law of the implementation of food safety education in high school chemistry teaching design research,to expect the following conclusions: First,summarized relevant content finishing high school chemistry textbook food safety education.Second,the penetration of food safety education in high school chemistry classroom teaching to enhance students' cognitive knowledge of food safety and food security awareness.Third,the design and analysis of typical food safety teaching cases.This article hopes to be able to collate and analyze the case in the future penetration of high school teachers teaching chemistry food safety education efforts to provide direction and reference.The study is divided into three parts,of which the specific content of each section is as follows:The first part includes the first chapter of this paper,the background and status of this part of this article,the purpose and value of research,study,contents and methods have done a simple introduction.The second part consists of the second to the fourth chapter,is the main part of this thesis.Consists of three main research questions.First of all,Education is the basic concept of food safety,including the feasibility of the implementation of food safety education in high school chemistry,the necessity to analyze the implementation of pathways,food safety educational content,content analysis and objective analysis.To further study on food safety education laid the theoretical foundation.Followed by the food safety status of high school students in research,implementation of food safety education in high school chemistry classroom is necessary through the analysis of the survey results concluded that meaningful.Finally,in the new curriculum ideas and "general chemistry curriculum standards" under the guidance of case design,application and effect of in-depth analysis of the case.The third part is the conclusion and reflection papers.To conduct a comprehensive study of this thesis are summarized.To reflect on their own shortcomings,such as the theory of knowledge is very scarce.Determine how to make better food safety education in high school chemistry and a certain practice teaching model for future research directions.
