Food safety is a prerequisite and foundation for protecting physical health.Gradually the government is increasingly attaching more importance to food safety,many scholars have also conducted research on the field of food safety education and put forward an education system for food safety.However,they are less concerned with specific and detailed measures for food safety education for senior high school students,especially they are even less for how the food safety education can be infiltrated in the process of biology teaching.Biology is a discipline closely related to real life and has the feasibility of conducting food safety infiltration education.In the "Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",the basic concept of practice should play an important role in the teaching process was also proposed.This study read relevant literature,collates and analysed the relevant concepts,and understood the research status of food safety at home and abroad.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the food safety status of 552 students in a total of 12 classes in the writer's practice school.The results showed that the students' current food safety knowledge was poor and they had bad eating habits,but the students hold support attitude towards the acquisition of food safety knowledge,which provided the possibility of infiltration education.Interviews were conducted with nine biological teachers at school.The results showed that teachers also supported the infiltration of food safety knowledge in the biological teaching process,but they also raised certain concerns such like tight class hours,etc.The author proposed multimedia use,class discussion,small lectures before class,use of evening tutoring,knowledge competition,and experimental class for the knowledge points of the three PEP edition textbooks of the compulsory Biology for high school which are related to the Food Safety Education,to conduct six specific infiltration education strategies.After four-and-a-half months of teaching practice,four classes were infiltrated and questionnaires were conducted again.The results showed that before and after infiltration education,students' knowledge of food safety-related knowledge was significantly increased,food safety behaviours were improved,food safety attitudes were tended to be positive,and the willingness to learn the biology became more apparent.This study is of great significance to ensure thephysical and mental health of high school students and the efficient implementation of biological courses.
