Every year,when a large number of students graduate from school,they will face the difficulty of choosing employment.Many companies also urgently need the supplement of talents.However,it is difficult for graduate students to find their favorite jobs,and it is not easy for companies to recruit suitable talents.Significantly,tutors who get along with graduate students know all aspects of graduate students most and should play a greater role in the process of graduate employment to help companies recruit graduate talents.For the deficiency including the current high recruitment costs of enterprises,the difficulty for graduates to find satisfying job and the lack of suitable graduate talent recommendation platforms,this article think that the advantages of tutors should be fully utilized to allow tutors to play a traditional headhunting role in graduate talent recruitment.Therefore,we proposed the postgraduate talent recommendation system that provided tutor headhunting services to companies and postgraduate recommendation platform to tutors.This system combined the current mainstream micro service technology,chose the mature and reliable micro service framework-Spring Cloud,and adopted the front-end and back-end separation development design.The postgraduate talent recommendation system established a rich database of tutors' professional disciplines and then completed personal homepages for tutors headhunting by analyzing the postgraduate enrollment guidelines.This system provides headhunting services for finding tutors,helping enterprise users find target tutors accurately and quickly.Subsequently,tutors can recommend high-quality graduate students to work in the enterprise and obtain the corresponding remuneration.Moreover,this paper designed an appropriate reward and punishment mechanism to limit the number of recommended graduate students by tutors who had inappropriate recommend behaviors.And it rewarded the points and cash rewards to the tutors who recommend high-quality graduate students,so as to ensure the quality of recommended graduate students and further mobilize the enthusiasm of the tutors.The various business processes such as inquiries for tutor headhunting,recommendation of graduate students' resumes,and headhunting service evaluation were closely related and complicated.Accordingly,this article conducted detailed demand analysis,design and realization of each business.Finally,we built a system to quickly provide mentor headhunting services for enterprises to improve the efficiency of corporate talent recruitment,reduce the cost of enterprise selection,and ensure the quality of recommended graduate students.This research is of great significance for alleviating the employment pressure of graduate students and giving full play to the role of tutors.At the same time,the recommendation of graduate work by tutors was a blank point in the past and these attempts of our article are of groundbreaking significance.
