Since the mid-1990 s to the present, the relative employment of college students who previously undergone a fundamental change: the original is assigned by the state, and now converted to their own jobs.Every year millions of university graduates troops occupy most of the job market, however, because this group is a temporary shortage of experience and contacts in the community resources, thus causing the relative difficulty of their employment. Most current employment site is intended for all employed, tailored specifically for college students is relatively uncommon, students in the use of net job employment, their individual career needs difficult to achieve. So, how to better employment issues to college students and business recruitment difficulties, high cost, to build a dedicated information corresponding with the needs of the service model is imminent.This article will employment information network service on the related theories and research Graduate Employment Network Information Service, concluded that students’ employment information network information services in existing short board; then, based on the study of the extent of the impact of customers obtained in satisfaction of some service elements further refining the satisfaction of the five dimensions of service quality measurement, questionnaire design, the substantive content of college students come to the site information, user-friendly navigation,usability, responsiveness and security and other aspects of perception of satisfaction, clearly pointed out that the most critical factor in students’ employment information network information service process should have,and then build a website designed to respond to the information service model.
