In the 1990s,foreign enterprises have carried out scale investment in domestic enterprises step by step.With foreign enterprises entering the Chinese market,there is another role,headhunting.In China,enterprises often cooperate with many headhunting suppliers,and the competition is fierce.Domestic headhunting companies should not only accurately grasp the accuracy of candidates,but also the speed of recommendation.Headhunters who can quickly find talents can maintain a long-term cooperative relationship with enterprises.Only HR service enterprises with accurate resume but slow recommendation speed are often excluded from the supplier team.Therefore,it is necessary to refine market reserve professionals and subdivide them according to industry functions.The most important thing is to gain the advantage in the competition.This paper takes A headhunting company as an example.A company is the largest headhunting company in China at this stage.It is a private enterprise and has its own talent database.This paper studies and solves the problem of low recruitment efficiency of A company from three perspectives,using the promotion dimension of human resource recruitment efficiency at home and abroad and the theoretical support of headhunter recruitment efficiency.First of all,starting from the current recruitment mode and current situation of A company,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in A company;then through the data collection and analysis of A company,it finds out the key problems of A company at present,and draws the conclusion that low recruitment efficiency is the main reason.Finally,the key problem of efficiency is targeted and solved method.This paper studies the main reasons that affect A recruitment efficiency from three perspectives,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method;scientific research on data,get the analysis results,analyze the interest relationship among the three,and summarize the quality of its recruitment efficiency.Secondly,through comparing with similar recruitment companies,find out the advantages and disadvantages of company A And find out the causes of such problems,and finally put forward the group to improve and improve the enterprise battle management system,improve the recruitment efficiency of specific suggestions.Through the data analysis and research in this paper,we can see that A company is a multi-industry cooperation company providing human resources services.Although there are many consultants,there is a big gap in professional ability.The speed of project recommendation is satisfactory to customers,but the success rate of the project is not high.From three perspectives,the main reasons for the low recruitment efficiency of A headhunting company are the low matching degree of personnel and posts and the candidates The turnover rate in probation period is high;this paper mainly analyzes these four directions and formulates feasible and reasonable promotion strategies to solve some problems currently faced by A company.
