| "Stable Employment" is the first of "Six Stability".As the foundation of people’s livelihood,employment has always attracted the attention of society.In March 2020,Vice Premier Hu Chunhua of the State Council emphasized that online recruitment should be fully utilized to promote the stable development of employment.In the context of the development of the Internet,various online recruitment platforms are constantly emerging.While it is more convenient for users to recruit for jobs,they are also faced with the dilemma of information overload and mismatch of information recommendation services.In order to better understand the information needs for job seekers and bilateral users of enterprises,and achieve accurate matching between the two parties,mainstream online recruitment platforms such as the Zhilian and Liepin are actively exploring the information recommendation services of online recruitment platforms.However,the existing research mainly focuses on the development and design of the recommendation system of the online recruitment platform,and the optimization of the recommendation model algorithm,lacking the correlation research about the bilateral user or the user-platform.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the information recommendation service of the online recruitment platform from the perspective of the perception of users on both sides of the platform,and optimize the platform information recommendation service based on the evaluation results,so as to promote the overall improvement of the information recommendation service quality.Firstly,relevant research on the information recommendation service of the online recruitment platform is extensively collected.Then,online recruitment platforms and user analysis are carried out.After that,the mechanism of the optimization of the platform information recommendation service based on bilateral user evaluation is explained.The optimization path of evaluation-optimization-overall improvement is proposed;secondly,by sorting out relevant literature,11 evaluation indicators related to information recommendation services that can be used for reference by online recruitment platforms are listed and selected,and then combined with the interviews of job seekers and enterprise users,the key words of the interview content are sorted out,extracting the evaluation indicators and supplementing with 4evaluation indicators,such as appropriateness and sharing.A total of 15 evaluation indicators are selected to be analyzed and discussed,and the construction of the initial evaluation indicator system is completed.Then,based on the initial evaluation index system,the questionnaires for job seekers and enterprise users are designed respectively.The analysis results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaires are good.Then,the principal component analysis method is used to extract the principal components,the evaluation indicators are classified,and the initial evaluation index system is revised.Finally,the evaluation index system of bilateral users is applied to the Zhilian Recruitment and BOSS Direct Recruitment platforms,and the evaluation feedback of bilateral users on the information recommendation services of the two platforms is obtained by means of a questionnaire survey.After analyzing and discussing the results,it is proposed to optimize related strategies for the information recommendation services of the online recruitment platform.The research results show that the selected 15 evaluation indicators have been recognized by bilateral users in the investigation of the importance of bilateral users,and the reliability and validity of the data are high.However,since the empirical results show that there are deviations from the initial evaluation index system,it is necessary to revise the bilateral user evaluation index system.On the one hand,the evaluation index system on the job seeker side is revised to three dimensions of information recommendation precision,personalization and utility;on the other hand,after eliminating the diversity evaluation index according to data statistics and interview analysis,the enterprise-side evaluation index system is revised to three dimensions of superiority,customization and intelligence.The application of Zhilian Recruitment Platform and BOSS Direct Employment shows that the user evaluation of the information recommendation services of the two platforms is acceptable,but each has its own advantages and disadvantages.Job seekers have relatively good evaluations of Zhilian Recruitment,and enterprises have relatively good evaluations of BOSS Direct Employment,and there are differences in the scores of specific indicators between the two platforms by bilateral users.Finally,combined with the application of the index system and the proposed optimization path,the optimization strategy of the platform information recommendation service is proposed from the aspects of optimization ideas,the difference and connection of bilateral users,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimization of online recruitment platform information recommendation service. |
