With the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,earth-shaking changes have taken place in every field of social life in China.Faced with the new requirements of the new situation on the quality of talent training,the Ministry of Education issued in 2017 edition of "the ordinary high school ideological and political course standard".It further clarified the nature of the curriculum of ideological and political discipline in senior high school,integrated the original three-dimensional goals.It also clarified the correct values,necessary characters and key abilities,namely the core accomplishment of high school ideological and political discipline.Centering on the implementation of core literacy,the new curriculum standard gives specific teaching suggestions and emphasizes the important function of real situation in cultivating students’ core literacy.Public participation is one of the four core qualities of the ideological and political discipline in senior high school.It reflects the responsibility of the people as masters of the country,and is the behavior expression and the final home of other core qualities.It is of vital significance for students to participate in public affairs and social practice.Through questionnaire survey method,literature research method,practical research method and other methods,this paper researches the classroom teaching situation creation of high school politics course based on the cultivation of public participation literacy.To be specific,the paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter of the paper analyzes the classroom teaching situation,public participation literacy and other relevant theories,so as to make theoretical preparation for the logic development below.Paper in the second chapter through detailed analysis of the data feedback from the questionnaire,find based on public participation in literacy cultivation of high school education courses of classroom teaching situation creation main problem situation creation lack of pertinence,lack of normality situation creation,situation creation,creating situation lack of authenticity,lacking efficiency situation task set the lack of scientific nature,and so on.And from the teacher internal cause and other external cause a comprehensive analysis of the reasons.In the third chapter of the paper,according to the problems and internal causes described in the second chapter,combined with the requirements of the new curriculum standard and the conclusions of relevant literature,the four points principles that teachers should follow in the process of cultivating students’ public participation literacy in the creation of classroom teaching situation are summarized and emphatically introduced.What’s more,the specific strategies are given in the paper,including the context material selection,the structured context management,the three aspects of the context presentation.Based on the principles above,this paper constructs the evaluation standards of classroom teaching situations based on the cultivation of public participation literacy,and discusses the creation subject--teachers and the object of cultivation--the behavior of students in correspondence.
