| Public participation literacy is one of the four core literacy of high school ideological and political discipline.In term of connotations,it mainly embodies that citizens actively and orderly participate in social public affairs and undertake social responsibility;in terms of content,it emphasizes the cultivation of students’ political quality and legal quality,so that they have a basic understanding of China’s political system and the construction of a country ruled by law,which is conducive to enhancing students’ patriotism and sense of belonging.Politics and rule of law module of high school ideological and political course is a comprehensive practical course.Its course nature,course philosophy and course objectives fully meet the requirements of cultivating students’ public participation literacy.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part,the author expounds the relevant theories and value definition of public participation literacy,mainly explains its connotation,and discusses the value of public participation literacy to senior high school students,ideological and political discipline teaching and society.The second part,starting from the core content of public participation literacy,based on the data of high school students’ questionnaire and teacher interview records,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of students’ public participation literacy in the current "politics and rule of law" teaching,such as teachers’ teaching philosophy needs to be improved,high school students’ public participation literacy is lack,the design of inquiry activities is not perfect The teaching evaluation system is not perfect,which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of cultivating students’ public participation literacy in the teaching of politics and the rule of law.The third part is the key part of this paper,which is mainly based on the problems in the cultivation of students’ public participation literacy proposed in the second part,from teachers’ updating teaching ideas,strengthening the cultivation skills of teachers’ public participation literacy,based on students’ learning situation,enriching participation knowledge,enhancing participation awareness,improving participation ability,strengthening the design atmosphere of inquiry activities,and improving the teaching evaluation mechanism,To play the leading role of the evaluation system of public participation literacy,we put forward corresponding strategies to promote the improvement of students’ public participation literacy,and make students become good citizens in the new era who actively participate in daily politics and the rule of law. |
