| In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued "Opinions on Fully Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Strengthen moral education and cultivate people",which proposed to speed up the development of students’core literacy system.Subsequently,the Ministry of Education promulgated the"Ideological and Political Course Standards for Ordinary High Schools".The new curriculum standards put forward the cultivation of students’political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and public participation.This paper takes the public participation literacy as the research object,and investigates the ways to cultivate students’public participation literacy.This paper studies the cultivation of students’public participation literacy by analyzing the content of the textbook and teaching cases,combining with the textbook"Political Life"published by senior high school teaching press.The content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is to distinguish and define the concepts of public participation and public participation literacy.This paper combines the concept of public participation and the concept of public participation literacy,This paper defines the concept of senior high school students’public participation literacy.The second part is about the importance of cultivating senior high school students’public participation literacy in the course of Political Life.By analyzing the consistency between the curriculum requirements of Political Life and the requirements of the state for senior high school students’public participation literacy,as well as the connection between the curriculum content and public participation literacy,this paper illustrates the key role of the ideological and political course and Political Life in the cultivation of senior high school students’public participation literacy.The third part is to discuss the current situation of high school students’public participation literacy cultivation.The analysis of the current situation of senior high school students’public participation literacy is mainly from the positive and negative perspectives.On the basis of questionnaire analysis,this paper explores the attitudes,knowledge and abilities of senior high school students ’public participation.The fourth part is the analysis of the main reasons for the problems of senior high school students’public participation literacy.This paper mainly analyses the reasons from three aspects:traditional thought,teaching mode and students’individualism tendency.The fifth part is the focus of this paper.Combining with the teaching of Political Life,this paper explores the ways to cultivate senior high school students’public participation literacy.In the aspect of pre-class preparation,we should make good preparations for teaching based on public participation literacy.In classroom teaching,it is necessary to implement teaching practice focusing on cultivating public participation literacy.In the aspect of after-class evaluation,it is necessary to implement the teaching evaluation centered on the cultivation of public participation literacy.In the aspect of extracurricular activities,it is necessary to carry out practical activities aimed at improving students’ability of public participation.The cultivation of senior high school students’ public participation quality is related to the accomplishment of the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people.To cultivate high school students’ public participation quality requires teachers to establish correct teaching concept.In the pre-class preparation,classroom teaching,after-class evaluation and extracurricular activities,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’public participation literacy. |
