The poverty alleviation must first support the wisdom,and the core position of rural education in the rural revitalization strategy cannot be shaken.As a major task in the process of socialist development,rural revitalization requires the joint efforts of all the people to complete it.Rural revitalization must pay attention to the overall level of rural teachers in the development process.This is not only a key factor affecting rural development and progress,but also a long-term and complex system project.First of all,this system project must be supported and guided by government departments,and government departments need to continuously improve their ability to guide and implement policies.Secondly,people's teachers should consciously improve their own knowledge and comprehensive qualities,and strengthen their sense of responsibility and mission for education.Furthermore,the whole society should attach importance to the role of rural education,and must recognize that rural education is a pivotal element in rural revitalization,so as to respect rural teachers and pay attention to rural education in a true sense.Only by accomplishing the above points can we build a team of rural teachers who are willing to make dedication and daring to fight,and provide real high-quality and high-level talents for the socialist modernization drive,and can we have a group of teachers who are willing to take root in the countryside and contribute to the revitalization of the countryside.power.Since 2016,N City,Jiangsu Province has issued a series of support policies for rural teachers.The government has improved the policy system,implemented detailed implementation of schools,and actively participated in rural teachers,which has achieved great results: the team of rural teachers has been replenished and the benefits have been obtained.Guarantee,quality has improved,etc.,and the overall quality of rural education has been improved.However,in the process of advancing support policies,problems such as insignificant incentive effects,unidirectional urban-rural exchanges,and lagging school management have also been exposed.The reasons for these problems are not only the defects in policy design,but also the problems in the management of rural schools,as well as the factors of rural teachers themselves.This article analyzes the existing problems exposed from the perspective of public policy theory,and explores ways to optimize the support policy for rural teachers in N City,Jiangsu Province under the guidance of public policy system theory and public policy process theory.The author believes that it is necessary to improve policy design and improve incentive mechanisms;build a mutually beneficial urban-rural exchange mechanism and unblock communication channels;enhance rural school policy awareness and improve internal management;enhance the practicality of training and attract teachers to actively participate as methods to solve existing problems.Countermeasures,so as to give play to the effective incentive role of the rural teacher support policy.
