The short board of building a well-off society in an all-round way and basically achieving educational modernization is in the countryside.Rural civilization is a guarantee and rural education is the key to implement the village rejuvenation strategy.And then,the future of rural education is closely related to rural teachers,and the fate of rural teachers determines the rise and fall of rural education,However,rural teachers are still losing,and there is no effective way to intercept.Therefore,we must use a pulling force to retain rural teachers.I believe the force is based on the relationship between rural teachers themselves and the outside world which can provide support and help to maintain their professional operation and development,collectively referred to as “professional support” For a long time,whether from the reality media coverage or the folk trail or the academic consensus,the support for the rural teachers seems to be very rare.So what is the real reality? Can such the force pulls the rural teachers to stay in the countryside? Which support subjects provide relatively insufficient support? Which support content has the greatest impact on Rural Teachers' willingness to take root in the countryside? In order to solve these problems,I'm based on the rural teachers' retention and departure,aim to explore the reality of rural teachers' professional support,analyze the problems and put forward solutions.In this paper,on the basis of the theory and the previous interview,the questionnaire was compiled.Through the questionnaire survey and interview survey,more than 500 remote rural teachers in Sichuan,Hunan,and Guizhou,Chongqing and other provinces and cities were investigated.The data analysis was carried out by SPSS22.0 and Nvivo11,and it was found that the vocational support of rural teachers was generally high.At the 0.05 level of significance,there is a significant difference in the professional support of rural teachers in different genders.In terms of the dimensions,there were significant differences in the support of colleagues,friends,parents,villagers,community,and students' support for rural teachers of different sexes,and there were significant differences in vocational support for different ethnic groups.Ethnic minority rural teachers have more support,education,province,grade and school type have significant differences in vocational support;rural teachers' vocational support has a more obvious negative correlation with turnover intention;school's support has the greatest impact on the turnover intention of rural teachers,followed by neighborhoods support,and the support of parents.Further,it is found that the school support which is closely related to the career of the rural teachers,“The school will support and provide me with the reasonable requirements in my education and teaching work.” “The school cares about my salary and benefits and other issues” has a significant impact on the intention of rural teachers to leave their jobs.Combined with data and interviews,at present,professional support for rural teachers has the following problems: limited school support;inadequate parental support;declining neighbor care;institutional support for polarization;The main reasons for this are schools being disabled,parents knowing and acting superficially,rural schools being separated from rural communities,and the lack of reflection of teachers.I think that to improve the existing problems of vocational support for rural teachers,we should seek optimization from two aspects.On the one hand,breaking the barriers of professional support for rural teachers.Need to protect the economy: loosen the resources available to rural schools.The central government should increase the total amount of basic education investment in a timely manner,optimize the structure of funding inputs,increase the wages of rural teachers,increase school funding,and optimize the allocation method.Rational allocation of education and teaching facilities;Empowerment of empowerment: First,to appropriately relax restrictions on the use of school funds,and to give schools the power to consider teachers' benefits.Secondly,schools should vigorously resolve the urgent need of rural teachers in terms of the implementation of indicators and the availability of funds.Third,implement national policies to ease the pressure on rural teachers.At the same time,it is necessary to highlight the pillars of school support.After receiving administrative and institutional support,schools must resolutely and effectively meet the reasonable demands of rural teachers,care about the interests of rural teachers,and stimulate the enthusiasm of rural teachers.Create an atmosphere: Improve the relationship between rural teachers and the rural environment and improve the appeal of the countryside to teachers.Strengthen reflection :Strengthen the self-reflection of rural teachers,while obtaining external support,rural teachers need to have self-practical ability,and this needs to be based on comprehensive self-reflection.On the other hand,increasing the support for rural teachers' professionalism.in order to get that goal,each supportive body should do its best.
