As a large country developed on the basis of farming culture,after years of rapid economic development,it is of great significance to re-examine the value of rural education.In the new era,the development of rural education is not only the need of my country’s rural revitalization,but also the need of education modernization."The Rural Teacher Support Plan" is the first plan in the history of our country concerning the construction of rural teachers.It demonstrates the party and the government’s continuous and high attention to rural education,fully affirms the historical status and value of rural teachers,and means that rural teachers Team building has been elevated to a national strategy.However,as a disadvantaged group among rural teachers,for many years,rural physical education teachers have been at the bottom of rural teachers,facing multiple dilemmas such as not being taken seriously in subjects,not being recognized in their professions,and lack of identity.As the main force and booster of the development of rural sports,the living condition of rural physical education teachers is related to the construction of a sports power and the physical health of rural children.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the team of rural physical education teachers and improving the living conditions of rural physical education teachers are not only the mission of physical education given by the times,but also the mission of rural education given by the times.The research is based on the "Plan",relying on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and educational ecology theory,with the help of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and field investigation method,from the external ecological environment,internal ecological environment and group of rural physical education teachers.The four dimensions of ecological environment and individual ecological environment study the living conditions of rural physical education teachers,and propose corresponding improvement strategies.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The rural physical education teacher is in a harsh natural environment;the social environment is complicated(difficulty in regional economic development,setbacks in the implementation of relevant policies,and serious lack of family education for students);and there are many contradictions in the standard environment.2.The flow of rural physical education teachers is stagnant;the teacher honor system is missing;the related subsidy policies are out of balance,and the health security system is in urgent need of improvement.3.The salary of rural physical education teachers is low;the teaching hardware facilities are lacking,the phenomenon of being "naturalized" is serious,the professional identity and sense of belonging are not strong,the social status and the degree of attention are not high,and the vision within the group is obviously different.4.The professional development channel of rural physical education teachers is not smooth;the education and teaching load is heavy and excessive;the source of pressure is multi-dimensional;the professional development channels are limited.The research proposes the following improvement measures for the existing living conditions of rural physical education teachers:1.Make up for the shortcomings of hidden traffic hazards and improve the construction of sports infrastructure;implement policies to alleviate the pressure of physical education teachers;strengthen multi-party coordination and linkage,and attach importance to the development of school physical education.2.Government organizations take the lead to promote the orderly flow of teachers;promote balanced distribution and achieve fair opportunities for honors;implement subsidy policies and comprehensively establish policy incentives;improve the health protection system to improve the health of rural physical education teachers.3.Improve the salary level of rural physical education teachers and optimize the configuration of facilities;abide by the original professional intentions and practice the mission of physical education;reverse the identity crisis and improve the professional sense of belonging of rural physical education teachers;improve social status and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of rural physical education teachers;abolish Group job burnout,adhere to the mission and original intention of physical education.4.Establish an incentive evaluation system to break through the professional bottleneck of rural physical education teachers;burden reduction is also an empowerment,reasonable allocation of work measures;focus on the current main contradictions,and gradually relieve pressure on rural physical education teachers;build a high-quality training platform to promote the professional development of rural physical education teachers.
