Practical Exploration Of Improving The Resilience Of Migrant Children

The trend of family migration and long-term detention is further strengthened.Co-movement of family members is the main form of family migration.This brings new challenges to the healthy growth and family training of migrant children,so it is studied from the perspective of parent-child interaction Migrant children's resilience is necessary.Research papers use survey and field research methods to collect data,the purpose is to improve the mobility of children to deal with setbacks.The practical part of the thesis is to take the mobile children in the N community as the service object,select the group work method,and guide the superior child perspective and social learning theory to carry out the mobile children's resistance improvement growth group.This study designed a five-segment growth group.This activity uses process evaluation and effect evaluation.Process evaluation is an ongoing evaluation of activities,divided into team members and social worker evaluation.The main purpose of the effect evaluation is to assess whether the purpose of this group activity is achieved and whether the resistance level of the team members has increased.The main method of evaluation is to use the psychological resilience scale for pre-and post-testing,and it will also be evaluated based on social worker observations and feedback from team members.The research found that the parent-child interaction group activities have a certain effect on the improvement of migrant children's resilience.They play a dominant role in the group members and face problems with a positive attitude,which can fully mobilize their own advantages to solve the problems.
