With the further development of the new curriculum,total sectors of society stick on major magnitude to the interpretation of “core literacy”.“General Senior High School Ideological Curriculum”(2017 edition)points out that the development of “public participation literacy”,as one of the four core qualities of high school students,is of great significance to the implementation of the basic task of moral education in ideological and political courses.Therefore,it is of profound significance and unique value to study the strategy of schooling students’ public participation capability in the high school.Based on the theoretical sources and research results of public participation literacy,this dissertation takes three middle schools in Neijiang City as examples to investigate the current situation of high school students’ public participation literacy,analyze the causes of the issues,and then put in homologous strategies accordingly.This dissertation contains four segments besides presentation.The first is an overview of public participation literacy.Firstly,the relevant concepts are defined.Secondly,the relevant theoretical basis is expounded.Thirdly,it makes clear the necessity of cultivating high school students’ public participation literacy.The second is about the current situation of high school students’ public participation literacy cultivation.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that high school students have begun to exploit society concernment accomplishment,but there are still some problems such as insufficient subjectivity consciousness,fuzzy relevant knowledge,insufficient ability to distinguish and analyze,and weak sense of social responsibility.The third,according to existing problems,integrating educational theory,from the perspective of teacher quality,high school students’ own reasons,family education,school environment and so on,the corresponding cause analysis is made.The fourth,is the enlightenment strategy of high school students’ public participation literacy.It mainly includes: to improve teachers’ own quality,to play the role of example demonstration;Optimize the learning concept of high school students and promote individual development;change the concept of family education and nourish the accomplishment of public participation;the school establishes the cultivation system of students’ public participation literacy.
