The ideological and political course in high school is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education in high school,and also an important course to cultivate the core quality of the subject,which plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of students’ public participation quality.The Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards of Ordinary High Schools(2017edition 2020 Revision)lists public participation literacy as one of the core qualities of ideological and political disciplines,and points out that public participation literacy is an indispensable necessary character and key ability for students to adapt to social survival and participate in social development.High school students are builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and also new people to shoulder the great task of national rejuvenation.Cultivating students’ public participation literacy in ideological and political courses is an important part of the cultivation of core literacy,an important link to promote the reform of ideological and political curriculum in senior high school,and a hot spot,key and difficult problem in the teaching of ideological and political subjects in senior high school.In order to further explore the cultivation of students ’public participation literacy in high school ideological and political courses,the high school "Economy and society" course is selected as the specific discussion course to further explore the strategic cultivation of students’ economic and public participation literacy and social and public participation literacy.Through the use of questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method and other methods,the current situation of students’ public participation literacy cultivation in high school economics and society course is investigated and analyzed.The survey results show that the cultivation of students ’public participation literacy in high school economics and Society has achieved many positive results,especially in the cultivation of students’ economic and public participation literacy and social public participation literacy,which has produced a considerable role.However,in the survey,the following main problems exist in the setting of teaching objectives,the evaluation of the evaluation of students’ knowledge mastery.Based on the above problems and their reasons,further discusses the high school "economic and social" class students public participation literacy cultivation connotation,characteristics,theoretical basis and value,according to the teaching objectives,the teaching situation,teaching methods and teaching evaluation four aspects put forward the student public participation literacy cultivation optimization strategy,and from high school "economic and social" class chose the content of the box,designed the students public participation literacy cultivating specific teaching case,to further test the teaching objectives,teaching situation,teaching method and the feasibility of teaching evaluation.The research shows that public participation literacy is the necessary character and key ability for students to adapt to social survival and participate in social development.High school ideological and political public participation literacy teachers to fully grasp the connotation,characteristics and types,further understand the theoretical basis of students ’public participation literacy cultivation,deeply understand the value of students’ public participation literacy cultivation,fully grasp the basic strategy of students’ public participation literacy cultivation,for the new era of high school "economic and social" class teaching and students’ public participation literacy cultivation provide good experience.
