With the in-depth development of basic education reform,teaching evaluation should not only focus on student performance,but also play the role of evaluation to promote student development.Therefore,traditional paper-and-pencil tests are no longer suitable for current teaching evaluation.As a qualitative evaluation,performance evaluation can not only detect students' academic performance,but also observe changes in students' abilities during learning activities,which can better promote student development.Therefore,more and more scholars advocate Apply performance evaluation to actual classroom teaching.This research mainly adopts methods such as literature method,interview method and case method to explore the main problems,solutions and implementation effects of expressive evaluation in the application of elementary science teaching,with a view to using expressiveness for first-line elementary school science teachers.Evaluation provides a theoretical basis and practical process,effectively promoting the application and implementation of performance evaluation in elementary school science teaching.The main body of this article is divided into four parts for discussion:The first part is mainly through interviews with front-line elementary school science teachers to understand the current application status of performance evaluation in elementary school science teaching.Through interviews,the author found that the main problems in the application of performance evaluation in elementary school science teaching are: the evaluation target places too much emphasis on knowledge goals,the evaluation task design is unreasonable,the establishment of scoring standards is not paid attention to,and the evaluation feedback to students is not timely.In the second part,the author designed a set of performance evaluation implementation procedures based on the requirements of elementary school science curriculum standards in view of the main problems in the application of the performance evaluation of the previous analysis in elementary school science teaching.Specifically: It is to formulate multiple evaluation goals based on scientific literacy and academic situation analysis,effectively design evaluation tasks,formulate scoring rules and evaluation scales with elementary science value orientation,and implement evaluation activities to provide timely and effective feedback.The third part applies the elementary school scientific performance evaluation implementation program designed in the previous article to the actual classroom of the elementary school in combination with actual teaching cases,and conducts research on the practical value of the program.The experimental method is used to set up the experimental group and the control group,and the experiment is carried out with whether the performance evaluation is used as a single variable in actual classroom teaching.After the experiment,the knowledge mastery of the students in the two classes was tested,and the changes in the abilities of the students who used the performance evaluation were analyzed.The results show that the implementation of performance evaluation can improve students' scientific performance and scientific ability.The fourth part is the research summary and suggestions.Summarizes the value of performance evaluation to elementary school science learning,and proposes corresponding strategies for effective implementation of performance evaluation.
