With the development of education and teaching in the new era,the existing traditional education model has been unable to meet the requirements of curriculum reform and quality education.Tongren No.1 Middle School of Guizhou is a provincial model high school,also faces the same problem in fine arts education.As a compulsory course for the quality development of high school students' talent cultivation system,the art course of ordinary high school bears the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and aesthetic education.How to really play in the education teaching process fine arts discipline education function,further improve the students' core quality,promote students' all-round development become the important topic of the fine arts discipline education teaching development.At the same time,through the collection and sorting of domestic and foreign literature on the research of education and teaching mode,it is found that the emergence of the "little teacher" teaching mode can play a very important role in fulfilling the requirements of the new curriculum reform,promoting the comprehensive development of learning and improving the professional ability of teachers.However,through the preliminary research,it is found that the high school art course in our school can not really give play to its own educational ability under the influence of exam-oriented education.Therefore,the author combines the psychological characteristics and cognitive level of senior high school students to explore the implementation of the "little teacher" teaching mode in the high school art course.By collecting and sorting the "little teacher" teaching model in the domestic and overseas literature,analyses the implementation of the "little teacher" teaching mode of related theory,puts forward the "three principles","three parts" and "seven steps" teaching framework,for the "little teacher" teaching model in the implementation of this course and other courses on offer.At the same time,through the description of the case of the course content of the“ Miao Nationality Clothing Culture”,this paper introduces the practical operation of this teaching form in detail from seven aspects: pre-class,in-class and after-class campaign course content,lesson preparation,courseware making,trial lecture,formal class,after-class reflection and evaluation.It further proves that the teaching mode of "little teacher" applied in this course has strong duplicity and operability.In addition,through the implementation of a semester of "little teacher" teaching mode in the teachers and students of the application of the effect of in-depth investigation,to explore the "little teacher" teaching mode in the high school art curriculum positive role and the shortcomings and problems.Aim of the existing "little teacher" opportunities are not equal,students' self-display is not sufficient and the student evaluation system is not comprehensive,"little teacher" training time cost is high,teachers' guidance and play is not sufficient and the selection of teaching content is not scientific,and so on.Put forward in the process of education and teaching,from the perspective of students,we should establish the rotation system of "little teachers",allow several "little teachers" to show in the same class and develop the "1+N" incentive evaluation system of "little teachers" to help "little teachers" in an all-round way.From the perspective of teachers,we should assist "little teachers" in the whole process by establishing the system of "little teachers" after class,setting up the "5-minute" link in class and improving the level of self-professional knowledge and empathy of teachers.
