With the development and development of the core quality concept,the talent training model based on the core quality concept needs to study from the guiding ideology and cultivation goals of the top-level design,the curriculum and teaching materials at the meso level,and the classroom at the practical level.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the document "China Education Modernization 2035",which mentioned "developing high-quality education with advanced levels of Chinese characteristics,comprehensively implementing the fundamental tasks of Liede people,clarifying the requirements for students to develop core quality,and innovating ways of cultivating talents.”Based on the core quality concept,this research aims to cultivate students' core quality for basic education,and explores and optimizes the research on talent cultivation model based on core quality.Based on this,this study uses the literature method and interview method to investigate the status quo and problems of the talent training mode in the basic education stage in China.Through the literature research on the core quality concept and the talent training mode,on the basis of this,the interview investigation is conducted from the guiding ideology of the talent training mode,curriculum setting,teaching material construction,teacher team and school management.This research focuses on the innovation of the current talent training model,focusing on the current research on the talent training model under the core quality concept in China,and hopes to solve the problem of how to reform the talent training model in the basic education stage in China through research,and the future trend of the talent training model of China's basic education under the core literacy concept.The main contents of this research include the following parts: The first part of the thesis is to introduce the current situation and existing problems of the current basic education talent training mode.The author goes deep into the teaching and educating practice to investigate the current situation of the education of basic education in China under the guidance of the core quality concept.The interview survey content mainly includes the training objectives,curriculum and teaching,management and evaluation of the talent model.Based on the field investigation and summarizing the problems existing in the current basic education talent training mode,the main problem is that the current frontline managers and teachers have a shallow understanding of the core understanding of the core quality concept;Under the guidance of the core quality concept,the primary and secondary schools adjust the school training objectives,but the training objectives of the school generally emphasize the "unification" of basic education and the lack of combination of the school's own characteristics and actual conditions to highlight the characteristics of the school;In terms of curriculum resource development,the lack of integration of the curriculum has resulted in a lack of coherence and systemicity in the cultivation of students' quality;In the practice teaching classroom,the frontline teachers lack comprehensive aspects such as teaching content and pay insufficient attention to the core quality of students;In the evaluation and promotion of student development,there is a single way for the evaluation of education as a whole,and the implicit The lack of attention and cultivation of quality.The second part is to enumerate the attribution analysis of the above problems concerning the current basic education talent training mode.At the same time,it points out the inevitable thinking of the future direction of the basic education talent training mode.In view of the current situation and problems of the education mode of basic education in China,the author believes that the main reason for the current problems in the education mode is the "director" role of the college entrance examination system,the "helplessness" of the school teachers,and the teacher's teaching "Active" adaptation and "response" strategies in classroom teaching.In the future,the basic education cultivators will move toward the transformation of “teaching students' knowledge” to “cultivating students' abilities”.Therefore,based on the core quality concept,the author tries to construct the talent training mode of basic education in China from the theoretical level and practical suggestions.The third part: Explain the author's research on the development of talent cultivation mode of students' core quality from the theoretical level.Core quality is the embodiment of comprehensive development education,and it is the deepening of quality education.The author constructs a talent training model that develops students' core quality in theory.From the top-level design,the main guiding ideology of the talent training model based on the core quality concept is the guidance of the core quality education concept,and the training objective of the talent training model is to develop the core quality of students.From the meso level,the implementation of the core quality concept into education and teaching needs to build a middle-level structure and build a support for core quality education.Curriculum construction and strengthening the construction of teaching materials system are the key tasks.The middle-level architecture is primarily to study and re-write curriculum standards.Re-writing new curriculum standards in the basic education stage has become an inevitable trend of curriculum reform and deepening in China.Strengthening the construction of the curriculum textbook system is the implementation of materialization and materialization of the core quality concept,and is an important educational carrier for cultivating students' core quality.From the grassroots level implementation,classroom teaching is a key link to the core literacy concept and the cultivation of students' core literacy.In the practice of education,it is necessary to implement the grassroots level,expand the space and time of teaching,and actively explore the teaching forms that combine classroom and extracurricular activities.The fourth part is to propose measures to promote core literacy education in a comprehensive way with the
