Research On Talent Cultivation Model Based On Core Quality

core quality for basic education,and explores and optimizes the research on talent cultivation model based on core quality.Based on this,this study uses the literature method and interview method to investigate the status quo and problems of the talent training mode in the basic education stage in China.Through the literature research on the core quality concept and the talent training mode,on the basis of this,the interview investigation is conducted from the guiding ideology of the talent training mode,curriculum setting,teaching material construction,teacher team and school management.This research focuses on the innovation of the current talent training model,focusing on the current research on the talent training model under the core quality concept in China,and hopes to solve the problem of how to reform the talent training model in the basic education stage in China through research,and the future trend of the talent training model of China's basic education under the core literacy concept.The main contents of this research include the following parts: The first part of the thesis is to introduce the current situation and existing problems of the current basic education talent training mode.The author goes deep into the teaching and educating practice to investigate the current situation of the education of basic education in China under the guidance of the core quality concept.The interview survey content mainly includes the training objectives,curriculum and teaching,management and evaluation of the talent model.Based on the field investigation
