In 2016,the development of Chinese students' core literacy was promulgated,leading the way for China's education development to enter the era of core literacy.For the concept of "core literacy",there is no unified definition standard,and different scholars have different views.Core accomplishment is a person in the process of learning to gradually form the necessary character and ability for their own and social needs.The 2017 edition of biology curriculum standards for general high schools points out that the core accomplishment of biology is the concentrated embodiment of the value of discipline education,and it is the formation of correct values,necessary characters and key abilities by students through learning.As a biology teacher who undertakes the teaching task of the course,his/her core accomplishment in biology directly affects the cultivation of students' core accomplishment in biology.Therefore,the study of the subject core qualities of biology teachers can better implement the curriculum objectives proposed by the biology curriculum standards,so as to cultivate people with the character and ability required for lifelong development and social development.On the basis of referring to the relevant literature of the subject core literacy,combined with the 2017 version of the general high school biology curriculum standard,a "questionnaire on the subject core literacy of high school biology teachers" was compiled,and the biological teachers of five high schools in Huairen No.1 middle school,Huairen Yundong middle school,Huairen No.11 middle school,Huairen Dadi school and Huairen Tongren school were investigated.In the 134 valid questionnaires collected,through the comparison of different types of schools,gender,education background,professional title and teaching age,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall core quality of biology teachers in Huairen City,Shanxi Province is lower than the middle level.(2)The understanding degree of the four dimensions of the core accomplishment of the biological discipline of the teachers is in order of the concept of life,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,socialresponsibility.(3)Using SPSS to analyze the data,it is found that there are differences in the subject core literacy of high school biology teachers of different types of schools,gender,education background,professional title and teaching age,but the differences are not significant.There was no significant difference in the core quality of the subject among the biology teachers with different titles in the same type of schools.The reasons for the differences may be as follows: 1.The deviation of government educational resources.2.Teaching environment and college entrance examination pressure.3.Students' own foundation and learning atmosphere.The deviation of government educational resources leads to the decrease of teachers' training opportunities in some schools and the lack of opportunities to communicate with excellent teachers.Poor teaching environment will lead to teachers' inability to carry out some teaching activities,and the pressure of college entrance examination will cause teachers to have no extra time to study the core quality of the subjects they teach.Students' own foundation and poor learning atmosphere will affect the implementation of teachers' core qualities in the teaching process.In view of the above results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)From the school level,school leaders should pay attention to the core literacy and the core literacy process of biology,and provide out training opportunities for biology teachers.(2)From the perspective of teachers,it is suggested that teachers should first carefully study the biology curriculum standards of ordinary high schools;Secondly,we should participate in more training about core literacy and understand core literacy through multiple channels.Then,teachers should learn from excellent teachers,summarize excellent teaching experience,learn from each other.Finally,teachers should improve their own discipline accomplishment and implement the discipline core accomplishment in the teaching process,cultivate students' life concept by learning big concepts,cultivate students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry by experimental teaching,and cultivate students' social responsibility by combining theory with practice.The above Suggestions are expected to help local high school biology teachers.
