Nowadays,the information age has come,and the development of society is changing with each passing day.The national implementation of the new curriculum reform concept of school education,the reform of school education concept and subject classroom teaching mode are new opportunities and challenges.The reform of education and teaching system is an inevitable trend in the process of contemporary social evolution,especially in the process of junior high school physical education classroom teaching practice,excellent teaching mode can not only promote the formation of good moral character,learning habits and lifestyle of learners,but also promote the relationship between people,improve the sports performance of learners,and trigger the learners to physical education and healthy classroom To love and promote the healthy growth of learners.China's education is in the stage of rapid development.Based on the schoolsituation of Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school,combined with the requirements of physical education and health curriculum standards,this paper aims to promote the formation of "3 + X" teaching mode in junior middle school physical education classroom with the sub item + layered teaching method,and to conduct a series of practical analysis based on local conditions with the core literacy concept as the research direction.To break the traditional and solidified teaching mode of Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school,and to achieve the optimization of physical education classroom with a new and optimized "3 + X" physical education classroom teaching mode that meets the needs of Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school at this stage.In the foreword part,it mainly expounds the research background from the basic situation of the country,the city and Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school.At present,it studies and summarizes the research at home and abroad,and analyzes the purpose,theoretical significance and practical value of the research.By using the methods of observation,literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,this paper takes the 7th grade students of Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school as the main research object,lists the research scope,theselection of the control group and the experimental group through the experimental method,makes clear the corresponding assessment content,analyzes the test and the assessment content,and lists the basic ideas of this paper Road and core literacy framework.In view of the "3 + X" junior middle school physical education classroom teaching mode implemented by Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school,this paper introduces the core concept of the mode,and systematically expounds the implementation basis and implementation plan of the "3 + X" classroom teaching mode.According to the current grade students of Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school are the experimental group(class 1.2.3)and the control group(class 4.5.6).The experimental group uses the "3 + X" teaching mode,and the control group uses the traditional teaching mode(mainly physical quality).After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group are combined Students' physical quality,sports ability,health behavior knowledge and other aspects are analyzed by using the established assessment standards and questionnaire survey to find the contradiction between the curriculum class teacher student in the emerging stage,and summarize the experience in daily teaching practice to gradually improve,and finally improve the core quality of students step by step.In the conclusion part,through the practical research and analysis of the "3 + X" classroom teaching mode guided by the core quality of physical education in Chengdu gaoxinshunjiang school,based on the requirements of the new curriculum reform,it conforms to the development of students' learning needs,interests and core quality."3 + X" teaching practice mode has been widely recognized by students and is effective.Through this kind of teaching method,students' interest in learning can be effectively mobilized and promoted,and the formation and promotion of sports ability literacy,healthy behavior literacy and sports moral literacy can be indirectly promoted.The "3 + X" teaching mode effectively solves the contradiction between curriculum,classroom,teacher and student,including: the contradiction between the core quality of students' physical education and the implementation of Physical Education Curriculum under the command of the physical examination;the contradiction between the solidification of school physical education classroom mode and the importance of school physical education curriculum;the contradiction between the solidification of school physical education classroom mode and the professional specialty of
