It is explicitly proposed to cultivate a group of “prestigious teachers” and subject-leading teachers in National Program for Medium-and Long-term Education Development and Reform(2010-2020).With the deepening of educational development,cultivating “prestigious teachers” has become an educational development strategy.It has become an inevitable requirement of modern educational reform and development to cultivate a team of professional teachers with high quality.As the government attaches great importance to the cultivation of teachers,various forms of “prestigious teachers” training have been carried out by the education departments in various regions.Some achievements have been made in the training of“prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools,but there are also some problems.For instance,the training of “prestigious teachers” lacks the scientific concept;the guarantee measures for the training in primary and secondary schools are not in place;and the training mode is not perfect.Therefore,the research on this issue is of great practical significance for the construction of a team of “prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools.Taking “prestigious teachers” in the author's region as the observation objects,through the methods of investigation,research,interview etc.,this thesis finds out the main problems in training “prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools.In view of these problems,combined with the actual situation,this thesis puts forward corresponding solutions.There are four main parts of this thesis:The first part is the introduction,which mainly focuses on the following topics: the reasons for the topic selection,research significance,literature review,and research methods.Through the collection and study of relevant literature,this thesis makes a theoretical analysis of the connotation and denotation of “prestigious teachers”,“training of ‘prestigious teachers' ” and“law of growth and professional development stages of ‘prestigious teachers' ” from the perspectives of topic selection and research significance,and then proposes definitions of related terms.This thesis gives a theoretical interpretation from the stages of teacher professional development and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.Based on two dimensions at home and abroad,this thesis makes a comprehensive statement on the relevant literature related to the training of ‘prestigious teachers'.This paper adopts three research methods: literature method,interview survey method and questionnaire survey method,which were definitely listed in the text to lay a good foundation for the research exploration.The second part expounds the problems existing in training “prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools from five aspects: Firstly,it lacks the scientific concept of “prestigious teachers”.Secondly,the guarantee measures for training is insufficient.Thirdly,the training model is not perfect.Fourthly,“prestigious teachers” cannot play their roles fully.Finally,the structure of “prestigious teachers” is not reasonable.These problems have directly affected the healthy and high-speed development of “prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools.Focusing on the problems,the third part analyzes the problems and finds out the causes.Accordingly,there are five main reasons: first of all,the definition of “prestigious teachers” is not clear;secondly,the institutional guarantee measures for the training is inadequacy;thirdly,the management department lacks the necessary understanding of the training mode;fourthly,the long-term training system has not been established;finally,the overall planning for the structure of “prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools is not perfect.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.Above all,it is necessary to construct a scientific concept of “prestigious teachers”.Secondly,the training conditions should be guaranteed and implemented.Thirdly,diversified training models should be explored.Fourthly,strengthen the construction of management system for training“prestigious teachers” in primary and secondary schools.Finally,a reasonable structured “prestigious teachers” team should be established among the teachers in primary and secondary schools.The fifth part,as the conclusion part,makes a summary of the key points and achievements of this thesis,and makes some suggestions to the future research direction.
