Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Year Strategy of a Nation.to improve the professional quality of teachers has become an important guarantee to improve the quality of education and teaching,teacher training is an effective way to improve the professional development of teachers,especially for the new teacher training is particularly important.The new teacher is a transition from the educator to the educator,the beginning of the teacher's education career,and the training of the new teachers,which will help them to pass the difficult period of the teacher's career development and affect their future professional development.So what kind of training do they need?How to evaluate the new teacher's training quality and how to construct the new teacher's Training evaluation Index system will play an important guiding role in the new teacher's professional development.Taking the new teacher in H district of Tianjin as an example,this paper constructs the evaluation Index system of the new teacher training in the H district based on the CIPP evaluation model of STAFFELBIM.This study combined with the questionnaire and interview research methods,through the questionnaire data analysis and reliability analysis,delete related items,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,selected final indicators.The construction of the index system enriches the research content of teacher training and provides the theoretical basis for the orderly conduct of in-service education and training for primary and secondary school teachers.
