Research On Present Situation Of Education Group Development In Changsha

Facing the new age calls and the reform of education,the hope of education is from‘in school’to ‘in a good school’ among people.The contradicion between the limited educational resources and unlimited education requirement is growing.The hot of ‘school choice’ is widespread among the whole country.It brings higher requirements to us to built good education,to realize balanced development of citis、distrcts、schools.Following the implementation of the Elite groups in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu and other cities,which have achieved ruitful results, Changsha also has set up Yali, Changjun, Ming De, Qingshuitang, Shazitang and other Elite group. They have made great contributions and efforts to promote the balanced development of education in Changsha. This paper intends to conduct a field survey of elite schools in Changsha, the implementation of the policy of elite groups, then analysis of the problems in the course of the elite group of schools.For example,school running mode,unfully mobilizing the enthusiasm of all parties,the problems of teachers construction,the issues of school management innovation,not perfect evaluation system,relationship between school and government. On the basis of the investigation, through the relevant literature, combined with the latest educational theory, this paper is trying to find solutions to these problem.This study obtains the following countermeasures. In order to ensure the implementation of the elite group policies more effective.We should explore of the multi type, multi form of running mode;promote the common progress of the elite group of teachers, and continuously improve the professional level of Teachers;establisht modern school management system;innovate management mechanism and management tools; construct a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of elite schools.And the government defines the responsibility of the elite group in the schools, creating a good macro environment.
