Private schools is an important part in our education system, shoulder some social responsibility in the process of basic education development.The implementation of the "Private schools founded by prestigious schools” school form and “Famous School Collectivization Strategy" school form is not only an important way for private education development, and also reflected the different institutional characteristics.This study takes two private schools in NY Education Group as the research object,using the Interview Method and Questionnaire Survey Method to analyze the Organizational Operation, School Management and Teachers' Team of Two Private Schools,rethink the effects of the policy of "Private schools founded by prestigious schools"on solving the problem of education balance.The survey found,educational model of the educational group has promoted the quality of the running of the private schools, satisfies the diversified educational needs, expanded the autonomy of the private schools, reduced the investment demand of the government education funds, and realized the educational feelings of the retired teachers.But at the same time,there are the following problems, private school teachers are not stable enough, the education group within the school management responsibilities are not clear, the relevant laws and policies to develop private schools are imperfect, and the prestigious school run private schools created a new imbalance.To reflect on the above results and problems, it is found that the policy of "Private schools founded by prestigious schools" has produced double results in solving the problem of balanced education, which has promoted the balance of education and hindered the balance of education.This paradoxical doublethink interpret the tension of the policy of "Private schools founded by prestigious schools".Inside, fairness and efficiency are difficult to balance,and the preferences of stakeholders are difficult to solve;outside,ignore justice.This is derived from the dual objectives of the country and the local driving force, and interest groups to fight for power,and ultimately lead to Private schools founded by prestigious schools is not only the important action to promote education balance, but also the cause of uneven education .Therefore, to solve the problem of balance of education needs to properly clean up the system,to build a harmonious and orderly public education governance mechanism: adhere to the balanced development of public schools,encourage the development of private schools, ensure that compulsory education private schools non-profit.
