An Analysis Of The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Ex-situ Poverty Alleviation And Relocated Residents' Community Integration

In recent years,in order to actively respond to the policy of poverty alleviation from in hospitable areas and effectively help the poor people get out of poverty,governments at all levels of the country have conscientiously implemented the policy of poverty alleviation from in hospitable areas.With the solid progress of the relocation project from in hospitable areas,many data have confirmed that the relocation policy of in hospitable areas has achieved many positive results.Although the government of the moving places has been committed to helping the relocated households solve practical problems such as household registration transfer,children's enrollment,and medical treatment and social security,the performance of their community integration problems is more complex and concrete because the relocated residents move to a new living environment.At present,many scholars in our country to the relocation residents of community integration problems pay high attention,and carried out a lot of research,however,these scholars study mainly is relocation community dilemma performance,cause analysis,and according to the relocation residents of community integration gives some countermeasures,actual social work intervention experience lack,practice intervention literature.Therefore,on the basis of systematically exploring the current situation,problems and causes of " relocation residents' integration problems ",it has become the specific intervention research in social work.This paper takes the relocation community of L in Guide County,Qinghai Province with the professional method of social work.First,the interview method and observation method understood the community integration problems of L community,and then analyzed the ecosystem theory and social support theory.Finally,from the perspective of social work major,we used the group work methods and community work methods to effectively solve the community integration problems and better integrate into the community life as soon as possible.Finally,on the basis of the above investigation and research,the conclusion and reflection of this study are put forward.
