Group Work Intervention Study On The Improvement Of Community Integration Ability Of The Relocation Residents Of Poverty Alleviation From Inhospitable Areas

As China is about to complete the task of poverty alleviation,the relocation of poverty alleviation in the 13 th five year plan has also entered the final stage.The relocation has fundamentally changed the objective environment of poor families with limited development.For the relocated people who have been implemented,the practice shows that good results have been achieved in terms of economic livelihood,but there are still some problems In the face of the changing new environment,there are still some problems in the construction of social relations,the acceptance of different cultures and their own psychological identity.This paper takes J community in Jingyuan County of Gansu Province as an example,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms,starting from the service needs of the relocated people in the community,on the basis of fully understanding their production and living conditions,community support network,residents' subjective consciousness,and guided by social support theory and empowerment theory,actively explores the use of professional methods of social work to help the relocated groups We can better integrate into the new community.Group activities with different themes are designed to help the relocated residents build a good community support network,broaden their social relations,strengthen the communication between different cultures,promote their adaptation and acceptance of different cultures,stimulate their sense of ownership of their own homes with rich themes,and actively guide the relocated residents The whole process of the activity shows that the relocated residents can realize their self-worth in participating in group activities,and constantly improve their sense of happiness and belonging.Finally,in the practice of group work to help the relocated people integrate into the community,we gradually realize that the resettlement community should determine the unique form of governance and form a unique way of service.At the same time,we should also strengthen the absorption of new talents of social work,constantly improve the level of professional services,and actively play the role of multiple subjects of community governance to realize the resettlement community The innovation and development of community governance and community service can also provide experience and ideas for the governance and service of other resettlement communities.
