The emergence of the relocation policy for poverty alleviation has changed the original life of residents.In this process,they also face huge problems.After relocation,they still face huge difficulties in livelihood.More and more surplus labor in relocated poverty alleviation communities have to go out to work and find employment,and left behind children have emerged.Due to the change of environment,the absence of parents and the lack of family affection,it has brought varying degrees of negative effects on the social communication of left behind children.For left behind children,the most contact with them is peers,so peer relationship is very important for them and plays an important role that adults cannot replace in children's socialization.However,some children have not been able to establish a good relationship with their peers.As an important social force,social work is of great significance to improve the peer relationship of relocated left behind children.This study mainly takes the left behind children in R community as the research object.From the perspective of mirror self theory and strength perspective theory,this study uses the methods of scale,interview and participatory observation to collect data,analyze the difficulties in the peer relationship of poverty alleviation and relocation in other places,mainly due to the lack of initiative in establishing peer relationship,want to make friends,but have low self-esteem and timidity.They are used to using withdrawal strategies.They have weak language expression ability.After conflict with their peers,they are prone to irrational behavior,verbal or behavioral attack on their peers,and lack the ability to solve peer conflicts.The reasons affecting the peer relationship of left behind children are mainly reflected in three aspects: individual,family and community.According to the needs,social workers mainly work in groups,supplemented by community activities to improve the peer relationship of relocated left behind children.Through the research,it is found that group work can effectively improve the peer relationship of left behind children.The comprehensive use of group work methods and community activities is more conducive to the growth and change of left behind children.Improve the peer relationship of relocated left behind children in poverty alleviation in other places,and pay more attention to community integration.The author also reflects on the design of activity content,working methods and the ability of social workers,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the peer relationship of left behind children at the end of the article. |
