| The enrollment situation of contemporary higher vocational college freshmen is diversified and complicated,and the source of students basically comes from the "students with learning difficulties" produced by ordinary schools.Compared with undergraduate colleges,higher vocational college students generally have weak basic knowledge,lack of learning motivation,bad learning habits,unclear future goals,no direction of personal career planning,and severe students still have a certain degree of inferiority and other psychological problems.As an integral part of national education,higher vocational education bears the arduous mission of training talents and promoting economic and development,and is an important base for training high-quality and high-skilled professional talents for the country and society.From the perspective of role theory,people play corresponding roles from birth.With the change of age,environment and other factors,the roles are constantly changing.In the process of different role transformation,people will more or less face the dilemma of role transformation.After the freshmen enter the university,they will face new environments,new faces and new life styles,and quickly complete the self role transformation from students to professionals in a short period of university.Higher vocational schools mainly use entrance education,mental health survey,professional cognition and other activities to help freshmen get familiar with the campus and adapt to university life.Although the traditional entrance education mode can alleviate Freshmen’s strangeness to a certain extent,due to the monotonous form and lack of participation,students are always in the process of passive acceptance,unable to mobilize students’ subjective initiative from the level of students’ needs,and really help freshmen solve the dilemma of role transformation.Therefore,in this context,the author chooses S vocational school to participate in the study of Freshmen’s role transformation dilemma by group work method,the purpose is to help Vocational Freshmen overcome the role transformation dilemma,quickly adapt to university life,and smoothly complete the role transformation from students to professionals.First of all,through the questionnaire survey,the author understands the dilemma and causes of the role transformation faced by the freshmen in S school,combined with the overall situation of freshmen,from role expectation,role understanding,role goal transformation,role practice four dimensions design group plan,carry out group activities,through the interview and survey of service objects,evaluate the process and results of role transformation for freshmen.Practice has proved that it is not only necessary to intervene in the dilemma of role transformation of higher vocational college freshmen,but also of great significance to the future career guidance of Higher Vocational College Freshmen;at the same time,it is necessary to intervene in the dilemma of role transformation sustainably. |
