With the growing size of college, more students have the opportunity to enter the university campus, the university is an important turning point in life, in the face to their own expectations and the pressure changes in the external environment, making the freshmen group met with varying degrees adjustment problems, and because accelerate the transformation of our society, the development of the times, a growing number of 90 students into the university campus, more prominent and serious problems of their maladaptive performance, affect the development of freshmen.College students are the backbone of society and development, therefore, is not only maladaptive freshmen students themselves troubled by the presence of adjustment disorder problems, has become a social problem, including education, psychology,sociology and other disciplines are on this phenomenon and issue some exploratory research. In this study, questionnaires, structured interviews, to understand and explore the 14 freshmen in school learning to adapt, adapt to life, interpersonal adaptation, psychological and emotional state of adaptation and adaptation to the environment and other aspects of their existence clearly major adaptation. Through social work concepts and methods, to develop a reasonable goals and milestones of science, according to the team plans to use group work approach to development-oriented values as a guide, combined with Ellis’ s rational emotive theory,Bandura’s self-learning theory, Cooley’s theory and other theories I mirror, targeted seven group activities to help solve school 14 freshmen adapt to college life problems,guide and help them improve their self-awareness and emotional rationality,self-realization The purpose of the effectiveness of development.This study was designed to help school 14 freshmen adapt to college life better,through the investigation screening, teacher communication, a combination of open call organized group, the presence of maladaptive select 12 members of "mutual growth" as the theme, group activities carried out with seven intervention studies,about 40 days, about 90 minutes for each activity, help and guide team members to participate fully in all aspects and associated thinking. Through group activities and statistics for real-time recording of information as well as members of the groupresearch data analysis, comprehensive and objective were to summarize the assessment of group activities, process evaluation, assessment and satisfaction measurements before and after the assessment, the achievement of group goals clear applied research, the completion of the process of group activities, ie intervention group work through this college freshmen issue 1. intervention through group work,team members the ability to adapt to a general increase; 2. The method of group work at the University Freshmen Problem can promote the use of the traditional "spoon-fed" in contrast to the working methods, group work, "participatory" approach is more likely to commence work in the student work; 3. Methods of Social Work has a great use of space in the work of college students, casework, group work and community work of the three methods with each other in a real application, you can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of college students; 4. social work theory has important guiding significance for the work of the practical problems of intervention, through work application of the method can be found inadequate theory, promote the development of the theory.
