From January 1,2021,the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" was officially implemented.The promulgation of the Civil Code has a milestone significance in the process of building the rule of law in our country.At the same time,it has once again aroused people's attention and discussion on the rule of law.As an important part of the core literacy of ideological and political subjects,the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law is an inevitable requirement for realizing the all-round development of students and the practical need to promote the rule of law.In the new high school ideological and political curriculum structure,the module of "Law and Life" is an important curriculum resource for the cultivation of high school students' legal awareness.Considering that the textbook "Law and Life" published since 2020,was still in the stage of preliminary exploration,its teaching practice is less and its teaching experience is relatively scarce.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the rule of law awareness literacy,this article investigates the current situation of the cultivation of high school students' rule of law awareness,analyzes the existing problems,explores the causes of the problems and puts forward solutions,so as to provide effective implementation suggestions for the future teaching practice of Law and Life.This article has the following four parts:The first part is about the cultivation of high school students' legal consciousness and its value.This part first explains the connotation of the rule of law consciousness and the core content of the senior high school students' rule of law consciousness literacy,clarifies the necessity of cultivating the rule of law consciousness of high school students,and then briefly summarizes the teaching content of the "Law and Life" module,and analyzes on this basis The significance of the content of the rule of law teaching to the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of high school students.The second part is the status quo of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of high school students.This part takes Weihai in Shandong Province as an example to investigate the current legal awareness of high school students with the help of questionnaires,and analyzes that high school students'recognition of the cultivation of law awareness has increased,and students'awareness of legal authority,rights and equality have increased.At the same time,there are also problems with high school students' sense of obligation,rules,procedures,and democratic participation.The third part is about the reasons for the problems in the awareness of rule of law among high school students.According to the representative problem of the rule of law awareness among senior high school students in Weihai,this part mainly analyzes the influences and restrictive factors of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of senior high school students from the three aspects of law teaching,the main body of students and the educational environment.The fourth part is the strategy to strengthen the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Law and Life" in high school.In response to the problems mentioned above and the reasons derived from the analysis,this part focuses on optimizing the teaching of the rule of law,mobilizing the subjectivity of students,and promoting the coordination and cooperation of families,schools and society,and strengthens the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law for the teaching of"Law and Life" Proposed concrete and constructive measures.
