The Current Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of The Awareness Of The Rule Of Law In The Teaching Of Ideological And Political Courses In Senior High Schools

With the acceleration of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,the country attaches increasing importance to the awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,to cultivate students ’ awareness of the rule of law is to cultivate them to know and abide by the law through learning,and also abide by the law in life.It is of great significance to cultivate the students ’ awareness of the rule of law for promoting the individual development of students,realizing the curriculum value and promoting the rule of law.To cultivate the awareness of high school rule of law,we should first clarify the connotation and extension of the rule of law,law consciousness and rule of law consciousness.On this basis,it is necessary to further clarify the content of the rule of law consciousness cultivation in the ideological and political courses of high school.Through the analysis and research of relevant concepts,the cultivation of legal consciousness in ideological and political courses is better developed to realize the improvement of legal consciousness of high school students.At the present stage,many achievements in the ideological and political class teaching of high school: high school students have a good legal foundation,the ideological and political class teachers have the awareness of the rule of law education,and the rule of law consciousness cultivation has become an important part of the high school political discipline teaching.At the same time,there are also some problems that cannot be ignored,mainly manifested: the lack of attention to the cultivation of legal awareness,ideological and political teachers ’ lack of teaching quality of legal education,the separation of legal awareness of knowledge and action,and the lack of reasonable legal content of high school political textbooks.For the problems of legal consciousness in practical teaching,it is suggested to solve the corresponding countermeasures: first,to improve the legal education system;second,improve the comprehensive legal literacy of ideological and political teachers,third,respect the principal position and help students form their faith in the law;fourth,expand the legal knowledge,and fifth,to promote the legal awareness of high school students.
