Study On The Development Of College Students’ Rule Awareness

The rules are the prerequisite for the orderly development of human society and the cornerstone for the realization of other human values.Rule awareness refers to people’s perception of rules,understanding,and beliefs.It is the subjective willingness of people to know rules,believe rules,and abide by rules in social life,and is an important aspect of human qualities.Under the new situation of the current socialist market economy,college students shoulder the historic mission of national modernization and revitalization of China.How to make college students develop a good awareness of the rules has an important role to play.It is of great significance to study how the ideological and political education in colleges and universities contributes to the cultivation of the rules awareness of college students under the current conditions of the world.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly expounds the theoretical background and value implication of undergraduates’ rule awareness.The rule and rule consciousness has extremely rich theoretical resources in ancient and modern,eastern and western cultures.This article first clarified the concepts of rules,rule awareness,and college students’ rule awareness,and systematically introduced the related theories of Chinese traditional culture and western culture and Marxist theory about rules and rules.At the same time,from the perspective of macroscopic and microcosmic perspectives,it is discussed that the cultivation of regular awareness of college students can help the individual development of college students,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work,and help build a social law-abiding environment.This shows that the awareness of fostering rules is to promote the personal development of college students.Space and promoting social progress are extremely necessary.The second part is the analysis of the overall situation and reasons of the current situation of college students’ awareness of rules.Under the new situation,the overall awareness of the rules of university students has been greatly improved,but there are still problems that cannot be ignored.This article systematically analyzes the status quo of college students’ awareness of the awareness of rules,the current status of undergraduates’ compliance with rules,and the status of college students’ violationconsequences.At the same time,relevant researches on the weak situation of college students’ rule awareness were conducted.It was found that the cultivation of college students’ awareness of rules was influenced by the impact of liberalism,the imperfect legal system,and the inadequacy of the university’s rules system,and further analyzed the causes of the problems.The third part puts forward the principle and path of fostering the rule consciousness of college students.It is clear that the cultivation of the rules awareness of college students should follow the principles of flexible teaching,gradual and orderly principles and internal transformation principles.At the same time,from the perspective of subject,object,content,and method,the authors put forward the path of associating benign interaction,enhancing the identification of rules,and actively optimizing the content of rules and explicit implicit methods,which will provide a useful reference for further ideological and political education of college students.
