| The Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Term Goals for the Year 2035 sets forth the grand goal of basically building a country,a government and a society under the rule of law by 2035.The construction of a country,a government and a society under the rule of law needs the active participation of every citizen.The high school stage is the key period for the formation and establishment of students’ values,so it is very important to do a good job in cultivating students’ values during this period.In addition,the newly revised "Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools" in 2020 Outlines four core qualities,including political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and public participation.Therefore,the cultivation of high school students’ awareness of the rule of law is not only conducive to the effective implementation of the core quality of high school ideological and political discipline,but also plays an important role in promoting the construction of a country,a government and a society ruled by law.This study marxism consciousness theory,marxism about person’s full scale development,Xi Jinping thought on rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and kohlberg’s moral development stage theory as the theoretical foundation,under the high school thought politics discipline core literacy horizon,related literature,through the analysis of the reading for high school students consciousness of rule of law to carried on the thorough research.First of all,to the high school thought political lesson teaching of middle school students’ consciousness of rule of law cultivation related theories are reviewed,including the consciousness of the rule of law,rule of law consciousness cultivation and high school students is defined the concept of the rule of law consciousness cultivation,combined with the newly revised curriculum standard and the new reform of the teaching material,the high school thought political lesson teaching high school students the core content of the rule of law consciousness cultivation,Through the study found that in the high school thought political lesson teaching to foster students’ consciousness of rule of law is helpful for students to practice the socialist core values,to improve teachers’ professional under the rule of law,is helpful to realize the goal of ideological and political discipline of the rule of law consciousness cultivation,is beneficial to reduce juvenile crime,to help students to set up the consciousness.This paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of high school students’ awareness of the rule of law through a questionnaire survey of students and personal interviews with front-line teachers.Comprehensive data analysis of the questionnaire and interview of the teacher found that,in the thought political lesson teaching for nurturing students’ consciousness of rule of law has made certain achievements,high school students in junior middle school stage through to the study of morality and the rule of law,have the basic capability of a certain method,research method,law-abiding and usage consciousness,at the same time,many problems has been exposed,For example,the implementation of the core literacy in the classroom is not in place,the content of the awareness of the rule of law in the textbook is not enough penetration,teachers in the process of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in the use of teaching methods is too single,students lack of initiative in learning the knowledge of the rule of law.In order to put forward targeted strategies to solve these problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects: schools,teachers and students.The primary reason is that schools do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ awareness of the rule of law.After all,school decisions affect teachers’ teaching.Secondly,the cultivation ability of the rule of law consciousness of teachers needs to be improved.On the one hand,teachers do not have a thorough understanding of the rule of law consciousness of high school ideological and political disciplines.On the other hand,teachers themselves also lack certain rule of law literacy.Of course,students themselves also have shortcomings.High school students have poor self-education ability,strong self-awareness,less attention to the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law subjectively and lack of learning motivation,which is also an important factor affecting the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in high school students.Aiming at these problems,this paper also puts forward some effective measures.First of all,the school should strengthen the support for the cultivation of students’ awareness of the rule of law,pay attention to the implementation of the rule of law courses,and improve the feedback and evaluation mechanism.Secondly,teachers should improve their legal teaching ability,grasp the core quality,sort out the content of the textbook,improve the teaching methods,change the teaching philosophy,and comprehensively enhance their legal literacy.In addition,students should also improve their own shortcomings,establish the belief in the rule of law,correct learning motivation;Strengthen self-education and be strict with yourself;We will develop the habit of rule of law and promote the integration of knowledge and practice.Finally,this paper takes the "Law Abiding by the People" in the compulsory fourth "Politics and the Rule of Law" of high school ideological and political course as an example,and designs a course using case teaching method,situational teaching method and discriminative teaching method,hoping to provide some practical reference for ideological and political teachers to cultivate the legal consciousness of high school students. |
