Study On The Cultivation Of Students' Awareness Of The Rule Of Law In High School Ideological And Political Course

The 2017 edition of the new curriculum standard clearly defines the awareness of the rule of law as the core quality of high school ideological and political course.Although many scholars have explored the way of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law from the perspectives of specific teaching subject,specific teaching methods and optimization of each element of the teaching link,few scholars put forward the effective coping-strategies based on the problems about the process of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law.How to effectively deal with the problems in the process of cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law and how to make efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course,deserves the scholars' attention and discussion.The thesis takes the cultivation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law in the ideological and political course as the research object,uses the methods of literature,classroom-observation and case-analysis,to discuss the basic connotation,the necessity,the problems in the cultivation process and reasons,and the coping-strategies about the research object.On the basis of accurately defining the related concepts,this thesis clearly elaborates that the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political course is the objective requirement of building a socialist country ruled by law,the inevitable requirement of undertaking the morality and rule of law curriculum in junior high school,the internal requirement of achieving the goals of the ideological and political curriculum,and the urgent requirement of improving the level of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.In the teaching practice,it is mainly due to some teachers about the inaccuracy of understanding of the awareness of the rule of law,the insufficient analysis of students' academic situation,the lack of outstanding ability to cultivate the awareness of the rule of law,as well as the immaturity of students' rational thinking ability,the imperfection of the relevant social practice activity system,and the impact of the social environment that leads to some prominent problems.Mainly manifested;paying attention to the explanation of the knowledge of the rule of law,ignoring the shaping of the habit of the rule of law;attaching an importance to establishment of the idea of the rule of law,ignoring the education of the emotion of the rule of law;paying attention to the textbook text mining,ignoring the students' cognitive development;attaching an importance to displaying the punishment of the rule of law,ignoring the explanation of the protection of the rule of law;paying attention to the teaching development in the course,ignoring the extracurricular activities expansion.Based on it,this thesis focuses on the coping-strategies to strengthen the effectiveness of the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political course:carefully combining the teaching materials to clarify the focus of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law;deeply studying the academic situation to grasp the growth points of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law;seriously selecting teaching methods to enhance the interest points of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law;strengthening the value leading to highlight the guidance of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law;broadening the cultivation path to build up the practical points of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law;adhering to lifelong learning to consolidate the source of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.
