With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,people are demanding higher and higher levels of education.In particular,high school education,which faces huge pressure to enter higher schools,has become the focus of attention.In order to meet the ever-increasing market demand and adapt to the ever-changing educational forms,high schools must constantly update their educational concepts,adopt new educational measures,and seize excellent educational resources in order to improve student performance and ensure the long-term development of the school.In order for a school to achieve the desired effect of various measures,it must have a group of high-quality teachers.In recent years,due to the stable work of teachers and better remuneration,there has been a phenomenon of teacher education in society.Every year,colleges and universities cultivate a large number of teacher graduates for the society,and the level of teacher graduates is also uneven.Therefore,schools urgently need to use a set of scientific,reasonable and effective teacher recruitment management methods,among the many applicants who aspire to become teachers,recruit teachers who meet the needs of the school and allow them to maximize their positions.Play a role.This paper is based on the existing achievements,combined with the current situation of teacher recruitment management in H County,Heilongjiang Province,this article first introduces the organizational structure,methods,work processes,Assessment and supervision;secondly,based on the status quo,conduct an investigation on the teacher recruitment management of H school in Heilongjiang Province,through data sorting and analysis,find out the problems reflected in the data,and summarize the reasons;again,optimize from multiple aspects He also designed a high school teacher recruitment management plan in H County,Heilongjiang Province to solve the problems revealed by the previous survey data.Finally,safeguard measures to optimize the design plan were proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of the design results.This research aims to help H County Senior High Schools solve the problems in the management of teacher recruitment and provide reference for other schools facing the same problems.
