As China’s economy grows and people’s living standards improve,children’s education is becoming more and more important.The opening of the second-child policy has brought about a surge in the number of children,and all these factors have made the education and training industry a new growth point for the Chinese economy.However,the surge in the number of educational institutions has also greatly increased the competition among enterprises.The scientific management of human resources has become a core element in how to stand out in the market.A considerable number of small and medium-sized educational institutions are in a difficult situation in the fierce market competition due to unscientific personnel management,unreasonable human resource allocation,and imperfect teacher recruitment and training programs.Firstly,based on the overview of human resource management theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of teacher recruitment and training management in W educational institutions and its main problems in detail through questionnaires respectively;Secondly,this paper optimizes the design of teacher recruitment management in W educational institutions in three aspects: recruitment demand planning,teacher competency model,and teacher selection model;Then,this article analyzes the concept of teacher training,teacher training model,and teacher training content in three aspects.Finally,this paper proposes the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimized teacher recruitment and training management in W educational institutions.The optimized teacher recruitment and training management plan designed in this paper can effectively solve the main problems of teacher recruitment and training management in W educational institutions,enhance the competitiveness of W educational institutions,and provide certain reference significance for other educational institutions in the same industry to improve their recruitment and training management level.
