| The birth of the Internet has brought new changes to the development of all walks of life.Businesses’ recruitment methods and channels have also undergone profound changes with the influence of the Internet.As online recruitment has gradually become dominant,the online recruitment industry has also thrived.As a result of further market segmentation and technological advancement,online recruitment modes are changing constantly.From vertical online recruitment adopted by major businesses in the early stage,to intermediate online recruitment through Zhaopin.com and 51 job.com,and social recruitment mode based on Momo and other social media Apps,the market has seen increasingly diversified modes of online recruitment mode.Online recruitment enjoys wide coverage and is highly relevant and timely,but it is faced with certain problems,such as fake information,user privacy leakage,etc.In recent years,major online recruitment platforms were involved in some negative incidents,causing users to worry about their safety and effectiveness.Company A is a mid-to-high-end online recruitment platform in China,which has built a multi-interactive online recruitment model based on three user groups: employers,executive search firms and job seeker.Currently,Company A is facing some issues concerning three user groups respectively.It is therefore necessary for Company A to optimize and upgrade platform management with a view to achieving sound platform development.This paper examines the case of Company A by analyzing the company’s recruitment mode and the issues concerning three user groups: employers,executive search firm and job seeks,and recommending optimization strategies.It falls into seven parts.Part 1 presents the research background,significance,and methodology,as well as the paper’s originality and contributions.Part 2 examines the theoretical basis and reviews relevant literature.Part 3 presents the questionnaire survey and interviews about the issues facing Company A and analyzes the data collected.Part 4 analyzes the causes of the issues,with optimization strategies recommended in Part 5.Part 6 outlines the measures Company A needs to take in order to support the implementation of the optimization strategies,with the research conclusions and prospect presented in Part 7.The findings show that Company A is facing issues concerning all three users groups mainly due to deficiencies concerning its user management.The solutions recommended are as follows: for employers,the entry criteria should be lifted so as to have more users,and efforts should be made to timely respond to external environment by optimizing and upgrading product offerings;for executive search firms,the user performance mechanism should be improved and Company A should put in place a framework to evaluate the integrity of executive search firms;for job seekers,AI should be used to provide all-in-one services,and the user privacy protection mechanism should be optimized and upgraded. |
