The undergraduate teaching reform in local colleges and universities is an important part of improving the quality of talent cultivation in Chinese colleges and universities,and its effect is an important index to test whether the specific measures of the undergraduate teaching reform in local colleges and universities benefit students,and it is the value pursuit of the teaching reform in colleges and universities.Starting from the perspective of students’ sense of gain,this paper makes an in-depth study on the topic of "Research on the effect of local college undergraduate teaching reform based on students’ sense of gain",based on the premise of existing research results and combining the researchers’ personal feelings on the teaching reform of local colleges and universities and materials obtained from interviews.The purpose of this research is to provide a reference for the smooth implementation of the undergraduate teaching reform in local universities.In this paper,according to the theory of the all-round development of people and the acquisition theory as the theoretical foundation,USES the questionnaire survey,supplemented by literature research and interview method,based on the student to obtain a sense of where the status of the reform of college teaching effect investigation,the survey shows that only to own more than 50% of the students and the specific reform measures said very clear,However,there are also a lot of students show that they are not clear about the teaching reform in their own universities,which indicates that students do not know enough about the specific reform measures of the undergraduate teaching reform in local colleges and universities,and the implementation of the undergraduate teaching reform in local colleges and universities needs to be strengthened.Through the comprehensive analysis of data shows that most of the students understanding of the various specific reform measures of teaching reform in colleges and universities has yet to be improve,various specific reform measures of teaching reform in colleges and universities students effect in general,main show is in different gender,girls on the concept of student-centered teaching reform effect in general;In different disciplines,liberal arts students of undergraduate tutorial system in general,the effect of teaching reform and the problems derived from the target,idea of teaching reform and policy propaganda is insufficient,teachers to participate in the teaching reform of power shortage,is affected by the inertia and examination ways of thinking,as well as the students’ understanding of the content of teaching reform to improve,In other words,it is influenced by the thinking pattern,learning inertia,unreasonable psychological anticipatory planning and students’ participation.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of the undergraduate teaching reform in local colleges and universities based on students’ sense of gain,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of the teaching reform in colleges and universities,stimulate teachers’ motivation to participate in the teaching reform in colleges and universities,improve students’ understanding of the contents of the teaching reform in colleges and universities,and pay attention to the individual differences of students.So as to enhance the students to the local undergraduate teaching reform in the specific reform measures of the effect of the sense of gain.
