Research On The Sense Of Gain In Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

The sense of gain of college students' ideological and political education refers to the continuous and positive comprehensive experience of college students in participating in ideological and political education activities,which is generated by the practical satisfaction of their spiritual interest needs.It specifically includes the sense of satisfaction,sense of benefit,sense of identity and sense of achievement after obtaining knowledge,emotion,value and ability.It is an important measure to realize the goal of ideological and political education to pay attention to and enhance college students' sense of gain.However,the formation and promotion of students' sense of gain in ideological and political education are confronted with various problems and obstacles: college students are not aware of the developmental needs at the individual and social levels;the lack of "human touch" and practical education leads to inadequate emotional experience;the internal crisis of education itself and the external crisis caused by external factors result in low sense of value identity;the delay,unpredictability and finiteness of gain makes the benefit utility not obvious.The sense of gain of ideological and political education involves every link of educational activities,and it is the result of the joint action of all parts of the educational system.The formation of college students' sense of gain of ideological and political education is influenced by subjective and objective factors,including college students' cognitive factors,educators' quality factors,educational content factors,educational intermediary factors and educational environment factors.Therefore,we should focus on the concept,content,environment,method and other aspects to improve the sense of gain in ideological and political education of college students.In the concept,we should adhere to the people-oriented,pay attention to the development of college students and give play to the subjective initiative of college students;in terms of content,it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between the supply and demand of educational content,provide high-quality educational content and reasonably guide college students' psychological expectations;in terms of the environment,we should optimize the educational environment,create a favorable campus environment and a harmonious social environment;in terms of methods,we should innovate educational methods,upgrade theoretical indoctrination into bilateral interaction,and change students' passive acceptance into active participation experience.
