An Analysis Of The Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing Among Postgraduates In Colleges And Universities

Currently, the knowledge economy age has come, in the competition of individual, organization and team, knowledge has become the important resources for getting victory in the competition. Knowledge management includes knowledge acquisition, sharing, application and innovation, and obviously, knowledge sharing is one of the most important factors, and it is also the most core link, sharing the knowledge on time can directly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. At present, the number of colleges and universities is increasing year by year, colleges and universities are also the important part of social organization, and play an important role of bearing and passing the knowledge and knowledge sharing.Scientific research team of graduate student of colleges and universities is made up of a group which have research target, complementary skills, and goal congruence, complementary professional skill, dependency of resources benefits and knowledge sharing are the foundation characteristics of scientific research team of graduate student of colleges and universities, knowledge sharing is the foundation of the team, and knowledge is the core resources of the team, only the knowledge resources achieve sharing, the more graduate student can get and innovate it, and can achieve the result of optimal allocation of resources.Nowadays, graduate education is constantly expanding, and graduate student team is also in constant development, but knowledge sharing and knowledge management are still in the primary stage, and there are many factors influence and restrict the research team, and this phenomenon lead the teams can not sharing efficiency. Therefore, analyzing and researching the advantages and disadvantages of knowledge sharing in graduate team at this stage is very important.Through making the literature review of knowledge sharing factors of graduate student team of colleges and universities, this paper draw lessons from previous studies, form the view of affecting knowledge sharing factors, through building hypothesis, model to analysis and explain the affecting factors. In addition, this paper adopts statistical analysis software spss19.0 to do the research, and examine the questionnaire for reliability and validity, regression analysis, etc. Through the study, we found that team atmosphere, knowledge expression and adsorption ability, team communication platform, personal reward expectations, expressiveness of knowledge, altruism, trust between team members are the affecting factors, and this paper finally propose some corresponding countermeasures, this study provide theoretical support for the future studying.
