Knowledge management originated in the enterprise organization, but inthe knowledge economy era "knowledge workers" has become the maincomponent of the members of the organization, in all kinds of organizationsare implementing knowledge management is imperative. When compared tothe other organization, the university is the principal place of knowledgeinnovation and knowledge possessed big, it embodied in university facultyand graduate students in two groups, so this paper selects the master graduatestudent in the school as the research object, and study them in usual study andresearch status of knowledge sharing, and some existing problems presentsthe author’s view.This paper first through the knowledge management of the classicaltheory and the different from academia and managers of knowledgemanagement point of view this basic concept, and to discuss the connotationof knowledge management, this paper reveals the technology is supreme "thefirst generation of knowledge management" has become the past, the ideas ofknowledge management has entered "the second generation knowledgemanagement" period which is people oriented. Investigate its reason,the traditional Chinese moderation, such as personal morals positive elementson the knowledge sharing has a great influence on the environment, makingthe graduate student in knowledge Shared values and behavior is not apositive performance.According to investigation and analysis of the problems get, can improvegraduate students from the following several aspects of the present situationof knowledge sharing. To promote the knowledge sharing from improve tissueenvironment, and build a sharing of culture, interpersonal trust bystrengthening and take reasonable incentive measures to change theknowledge values, improve the knowledge sharing behavior of frequency.Secondly, explore and promoting construction should be more knowledge sharing ways and tools, including support for the dominant knowledgesharing network tools, and to promote the sharing of the recessive knowledgeof all forms of public discussion.
