With the continued growth in graduate admissions and the contradictions and issues of conflicts between mentors and graduates occurred frequently. The relationship between mentors and graduates more and more attend by social and academic. The relationship between mentors and graduates in the context of diversified trend, the traditional and basic guidance relationship was weakened, and the new modus of employment relationship, superior-subordinate relationship, no relationship were emerged. The mentors and graduates relationship as the communication ties to the education quality of graduates have a very important influence. The relationship between mentors and graduates alienation were reflected the declining of the education quality. Mentors and graduates relationship went out of the astray has become a hot research of education. The major work of graduate education was studied knowledge. The knowledge was transferring from mentors to the graduates, and the mentors and graduates were cooperated to creating new knowledge. In the study, knowledge-sharing in this unique research perspective to investigating the relationship between mentors and graduates to upgraded the quality of the paths and techniques, to promoting the efficient sharing of knowledge between mentors and graduates effectively and to creating the learning team's strategies and methods.This thesis is based on the previous researches on the mentors and graduates relationship and knowledge sharing. This study proposed a comprehensive research model about graduates, mentors, knowledge sharing channels and the university. The research model was about mentors were transfer knowledge to graduates through knowledge sharing channels, the university culture, policies and systems and facilities conditions affected the process of knowledge sharing. The relationship between mentors and students in this model is study on two core dimensions, guidance relationship of formal, personal relationships of informal, the two complement each other synergies. Then, the study surveyed the five universities in Hunan Province, nearly 400 graduates. The survey data show that the research model has been confirmed:more explicit knowledge transfer through formal channels, and heavily influenced by guidance relationships; hidden knowledge sharing needs of informal channels, and heavily influenced by personal relationships deeply. Finally, this study build knowledge sharing "4-4-3" model of improving the relationship between mentors and graduates and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies:the tutors aspect propose four strategies, building shared culture of sharing, creating mechanisms for sharing, coding knowledge carefully and improving mentors and graduates relationship, a clear dominance of mentors; graduate s aspect has four measures and suggestions, establishing sharing awareness, strengthening guidance relations, building personal relationships, creating learning space, enhanced the dominant position of graduates; university aspect have three strategies, shaping the sharing culture, improving the efficient of facilities, policies and systems and the conditions to consolidate the supports of university.
