In modern education,micro-classes can effectively improve the teaching efficiency of teachers,visualize and concretize the teaching content,and at the same time increase the interactive ability of students,which has a positive significance for improving their learning level and cultivating their independent learning ability..Judging from the actual situation of the current micro-teaching,the current micro-teaching has been applied to geography,Chinese,chemistry and other disciplines,especially for the more abstract subject of geography,the application of micro-teaching can improve the expression of knowledge points Ability,therefore,has become a subject of widespread concern in junior high school teaching in China.This article uses the basic method of combining case teaching and questionnaire survey,and selects Xishui County Junior High School in Guizhou Province as the research object.It investigates the current status of the application of micro-classes in the town’s junior middle school geography teaching in Xishui County.The county has problems in geography micro-course teaching in the junior middle school,such as inadequate analysis of the micro-course,lack of pertinence in course design,and lack of necessary course development.In view of the existing problems,this article redesigned the micro-teaching of geography in the junior middle school of Xishui County from the analysis of the micro-courses,the course design,the course development and the course implementation methods.In order to further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the micro-class design plan,this article also selected "Using the Earth" and "Tucheng Ancient Town" to use micro-class design,and evaluated the implementation effect of the case micro-class,which was verified by evaluation Its effectiveness.Through research,this paper believes that micro-teaching can effectively improve students’ interest and ability in geography learning during the geography teaching in junior middle school,so it can be developed and improved in the future teaching process.This article also believes that in order to improve the effect of geography teaching in township junior high schools,one is to strengthen the government’s attention and provide support in terms of funds and policies;the other is that schools should increase the training of teachers’ micro-class teaching and increase capital investment Strength and strengthen the construction and sharing of resources;Third,teachers should continue to develop excellent courses,pay attention to the improvement of information technology capabilities and establish the concept of lifelong learning;Fourth,students should cultivate interest in micro-learning,and actively participate in micro-learning.
